We called and made an appointment for the technician to come out to fix various problems with our three different TVs and Xfinity boxes after we had upgraded our cable service. The tech was prompt, professional, and solved all our problems. He was obviously very experienced and knew what he was doing, compared to the company we originally used to set up our system a few years ago. Everything went very well and our universal remotes now all work perfectly.

Scott was fabulous! We had several televisions, home theatre equipment, remotes to program, wireless networks to set up for our computers and printers and he did it all. After our move, we needed someone to come in and get us set up and running and that's exactly what Naturally Wired did. They are a little on the expensive side, in my opinion, but it was worth it. All the equipment works, the remotes are programmed, our wireless network is up and running and he tested each computer and printer. The other thing that I liked was two days later, something wasn't working correctly and they came right back out and addressed it without charging me anything since it was part of the original set-up. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I left Scott in the house as I went to run errands and pick up kids without ever worrying. I would highly recommend Naturally Wired for any of your electronic/computer needs.

Our cables to our television and components looked like a and quot;spaghetti bowland quot;of wires. My husband found Naturally Wired through Angie's List and contacted them via email. They responded to our email and explained what they would do for us and what they charged for their service. I called Naturally Wired for an appointment, but had to leave a message, as it was after hours. They returned my call early the next day. We got an appointment scheduled within 2 days. Scott arrived promptly at the appointed time. His manner was very professional and friendly. He then assessed our problem. Within an hour, he had all of our components unhooked and hooked back up correctly, with all remotes programmed and working properly. He also hooked up some older speakers we had, so now we have surround sound. When Scott was finished, he showed me what he had done with the components. He then explained to me how to use the reprogrammed remotes in a way that was easy to understand. The and quot;spaghetti bowland quot; of cables is now neat and tidy. Thanks to Scott, and Naturally Wired, all of our components work together the way they are supposed to. I would recommend Naturally Wired and would use them again. We received great service.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE OWNER AND THE INSTALLERS WERE ALL REAL PROFESSIONAL. WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR DOG ACCIDENTALLY SETTING OFF THE ALARM, THE COMPANY WAS RIGHT THERE TO HELP RE-ADJUST OUR SETTINGS.
