Rick and team were great at work. The main reason for under a 5 star rating is delay. Project planning lacked the dependency considerations. The initial assumption Rick had was that whatever carpet available in store would be liked by us and budgeted accordingly, was a totally wrong assumption. The available carpets were of not good quality, so we paid almost twice the money than the budgeted amount for carpet. Also it took 6-8 weeks for the carpet to be delivered. Color finishing required some rework.

We would hire them again. Vert timely and trustworthy. Make sure they close vents and hang plastic in work area.

Working with Rick and his crew has been a real pleasure. Finishing a complete basement is a daunting task, but they made it a truly enjoyable experience. We have done construction projects before, but I have never seen a harder working group than this one. They were on time every day, put in a full days work each day, and never left early. The project was completed on time and under budget. Their customer service skills are exceptional, they are quick to respond to changes and concerns, and their quality of work is exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending Rick and his company, and we hope to be able to use them again for future projects!

In May of 2017, I had Rick and his crew build a bathroom in an addition that was previously plumbed for a full bath. Rick and his crew were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to problem solve very well and offered thoughtful solutions to issues that presented themselves. I would definitely reach out to Rick again when we have another project!

They did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked diligently. And cleaned up after themselves at end of each day. I would recommend them to everyone.

Would have given a overall rating of 5 stars but materials and hardware took longer to arrive hence pushing the project back.

I found them very reliable and honest, and I would definitely have them again.
