Honey-Wagon Septic & Grease

Very responsive and very professional. Contacted Lisa at the office, Kolten and Steven pumped the next morning. Actually changed their schedule slightly to accomodate my service. Went over and above to fix a problem with my system caused by a previous septic company. Stayed till the problem was fixed and I've scheduled them for a follow-up visit to re-check the system. Will only use Honey Wagon in the future and will specifically request Kolten and Steven be the crew that responds.

I am in the process of selling my home and needed a septic inspection. The entire staff of Honey Wagon was a pleasure to work with. They came out to locate my tank the first time and were unable to find it. They recommended calling in a company to locate it by going into the pipe from the inside. They made all of the arrangements to get someone here within a day or two. once the tank was located, Clint, the senior technician, and Andrew came back out to dig down to the lid. Unfortunately, it was partially under my deck, but they were able to get to it without having to take apart my deck or dig up any landscaping! They did a fantastic job!!! I was very impressed with their professionalism and attitude. It was a pleasure doing business with them!! All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Lisa arranged to get someone out to the house to help locate the tank, and worked with me to coordinate the pumping so that it could be done when the county inspector could be here. The owner even came out to look at a spot that was left on my driveway (something had leaked out of the truck!) He took care of it right away. I would definitely recommend Honey Wagon to anyone needing septic services!!

Did everything requested, on time. We asked that tank be empty to avoid cracking driveway. Turned out he could park in street and still do the job friendly, easy to discuss with concerning job.

They were very thorough and on time. A competitor couldn't come out until after the weekend, even though I stated it was an emergency. Honey wagon checked with the driver of the tank out for service while I was on hold, and they came out after hours to pump my tank, 3 hours vs. 3 days. A huge difference when your septic is overflowing! Thanks HW!

Really got great service and value working with Lisa as we were able to schedule the job in a way that it created a win/win for us and for their company as they performed the job on their way to the "dump station" at the end of a work day.

The office girl that answered the phone was very knowledgable and friendly. I was not present when the service was preformed but my listing agent was. She said that they were on time. I was able to do all business over the phone. The one problem I had is that a receipt was to be emailed to me with the final total and to this date, I have never received it. I'm going to have to make a 3 phone call to try and get one.

Honey-Wagon recommended 2 companies to us to finish the work that we had ahead of us. Honey-Wagon did not do any of the digging but drained it all. They were excellent, the woman who I spoke with multiple times gave us the recommendations on the other companies and was wonderful. She was delightful and helpful, she was very customer service oriented. Their price appears to be the going rate.
