Description of Work: If I could give an A+ I would. #1) Rick, with Doctor's, designed a beautiful patio with fountain and yard lighting as well as all the landscaping for our backyard to compliment it. The front yard also had new lighting installed as well as an area updated. #2) A plus is that Rick works well with a woman. I've been a gardener for years and knew pretty much what I wanted in plants. He really cared about his relationship with his client and the end product. Another plus is that he doesn't over plant which so many landscapers do. We have had many compliments on the work done in the front and back yard.

They cleaned up each evening and the at the end of the week, you couldn't even tell they had been digging at all. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and how great the yard looks. We will use them again for future lawn needs.

+ -1 moreAfter getting several quotes to replace existing plants and bedding materials, my wife contacted Doctor's after seeing a yard sign at a nearby house in our neighborhood. Their work was stellar! Their staff was very professional and did work in 2 days that would have taken me weeks. Best money I've ever spent!! They did all the work and hauled away all of the debris. Bedding areas look receptive to new plants and gives our whole house a facelift. We will definitely use them again (& again).
Description of Work: Cleaned up plant beds, weeded areas, trimmed hedges, cut soft edge beds, etc.

+ -1 moreThey were a bit late showing up - in fact the owner came himself because some of his crew members didn't show up for work that morning. We reviewed the entire sprinkler system (this is for our church where I serve on the facilities committee) in regard to layout, head operation, and program. It appears someone had changed the program so that each of the 7 zones was running for 40 minutes 6 days/week. We changed it so the zones with rotating heads run 30 minutes and the zones with pop-up heads run 15 minutes three days per week. Dan was very helpful and professional.
Description of Work: Turned on system, checked head operation, reset program to reduce water usage. Sent crew back to replace two damaged heads.

+ 0 moreThey were able to come out when we wanted, we worked with them over several design reviews, and they actually came out twice before we actually settled on the design. At this point, I would say that they are okay to deal with. At this point all that I have done is given them the okay and a deposit check. We are waiting for the weather to clear and I am the third or fourth project. Other than writing a check, we have not done a whole lot yet. Up to this point, communication has been very good; right now, I am waiting on an email from them.
Description of Work: DOCTOR'S LAWN & LANDSCAPE gave me a quote for a patio, retaining wall and planting box.

+ 1 moreOutstanding people to work with from the beginging to finish. Always willing to work with us, we made many changes while things were being done. The three gentlemen that put the patio together are amazing to watch. Eddie knows in his head how everything is going to look and he just puts it together. Outstanding!! Rick the project manager was wonderful to work with. Whenever we made changes he worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. He designed all of our landscaping and it looks great!

+ 1 moreWe have had Doctor's for over 13 years now. They have taken care of our lawn with the appropriate chemical treatments and also lawnmowing. The lawn alwas looks great and if there were any problems or minor damage done with the mowers, they come right out and address/fix the issue. Office staff is friendly and helpful. We also had landscaping done about 10 years ago with pavers and the work has held up very well. You have to pay for what you get, they are not cheap, but we feel the service is comparable to their fees. They are reliable and knowlegeable and we would highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreI think they are wonderful. They are very prompt, when they told me that they will be here by 10 O’clock they were here by 10. They got in and they did the work.
Description of Work: I have an interesting sprinkler system in the ground and Doctor’s Lawn & Landscape came out and reworked it. They replaced some parts and got it working again. Then the water wouldn’t shut off and it would run so I called them; they came out and shut off the water. They couldn’t repair it right then but they got it shut off. It was really nice otherwise the water would have just kept running.

+ -1 moreI wasn't 100% pleased. They gave me an itemized list of what would go in it ,but not a diagram of how they would be installed. It was mostly okay, but they brought the bed to the edge of the driveway which I wasn't happy with. They had to come back to make an adjustment. They didn't give me instruction on how to fertilize the plants. I actually lost several of them because they weren't water or fertilized correctly.

+ -1 moreThey had three guys working here full time for a full week in the August heat. The walls looks very nice for which I have received many compliments. They did a great job and I would use them again if needed. The only complaint is that they did leave a little mess when they were finished, some work debris, tubing, etc.
