One of the best aspects of dealing with Best Chimney is the follow-up & follow-through services provided. One is not just left high & dry after the work is completed. All my questions & request for advice, such as sourcing firewood, were answered promptly and professionally. So many companies never respond after a job is completed and paid for. I feel secure in knowing that Best Chimney will be there for me ready to answer questions or advise. For me, this is as important as the installation with which I was pleased and have written a previous review. Best Chimney provides a variety of services related to chimneys—two of which I used: fireplace insert & capping an unused chimney stack. I plan on using them to clean my fireplace this fall. Highly recommended!

Great! My older house presented problems but was handled professionally and fairly.

Good service. Arrived on time. Layed out tarps to protect the work area and spent extra time rearranging the gas logs so they looked good. Even had to cut one down to size at no extra charge.

Absolutely perfect! You can’t tell where old vs new grout is, chimneys are waterproof, and the cap looks like it is part of the chimney. We have been delighted with the work itself, as well as with Ryan!

Ryan is a pleasure to deal with. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and was careful not to get carpets dirty. May eventually need new parts for my gas fireplace, but Ryan said it could last another season. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Extremely professional, friendly and informative. Will definitely call him when I need parts replaced. Recommend highly.

Surprises along the way did not slow down the job or impact the quality of repair. We really appreciate that he took time along the way to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted in terms of restoration and repair. We also liked he is on the job when his crew is, is punctual, professional and really excellent to work with. Provided range of options that we could go with in terms of pricing.

He fixed some of the minor issues and also cleaned it. We had to wait for the parts to come so it took multiple trips, but he was very timely once things were set in motion. He was very prompt with his work and we appreciate what he did for us.
