WATERWAY GUTTER

Originally I would have given these guys great marks. Price was right, they came out and did the job on time and looked good. Then we got the heavy rains. I noticed a section of my new gutters sagging. I got up to look at the issue and they forgot to secure about a six foot section. I figured no big deal give them a call and they will fix it. Oh was I wrong. I tried three times and never received a call back. I have never left a bad review but this just irritated me enough to do so. Stay away from these guys.

Overall, Robert and WaterWays Gutter did great work. There was some confusion and or mis-communication initally on timing and dates. He was supposed ot be there on a Thursday between 8:00 am - noon, and since I have a dog, I specifically asked them to call me first to give me a "heads up" before arriving, since she would be in the back yard. I got a call at 12:25 pm at work, saying he was at the house, and there a dog. "Well, yes, I replied, which is why I wanted a call first". He said he had not received that information. So between that, and the fact they arrived outside the time I had planned on, we had to reschedule. We made it first thing Monday morning. So I figured 8:00 am. He arrived at 8:25. No big deal, but it made me late for work. When he arrived, he said I didn't even have to be there, and he would not have to access the backyard at all. He would be on the roof the whole time. So, I could have gone ahead and had it done the first time he was there, but no one had explained that to me. He was a really nice guy, and did a great job. Well worth the $99.00 I paid. Literally done and cleaned up within an hour. Again, just better communication would have given them an A.
