+ -1 moreWas a disaster from day 1 when they broke the water pipe and flooded the crawl space, the very area they were to repair.)tise :) . There were one or two things we were okay with, and umpteen things that we are still angry about, details too many to list. Had to part ways in stage 1 of the project. He doesn't listen to the homeowner very well, makes excuses.
Description of Work: Was expected to do kitchen remodel in stages (3) as we were cautious about giving the entire job to his outfit at first. (Floor joist repair, floor leveling, sub floor, elec, plumbing, cabinets.
