+ 6 moreThey had marginal workmanship. There were slow to finish work. After completing 22 items, they failed to pass code. They paid others $1500 to redo work to code and workman like standard. The contractor never did several listed tasks on the written contract. They lacked knowledge or ability despite representation of 30 years experience.
Description of Work: They did complete painting of the interior, installed ceramic tile, installed kitchen cabinets, a sink, basic plumbing, minor electrical, hung doors, installed light fixtures, and minor concrete work.
