+ -1 moreRay's team was very professional and completed the project as expected. We love our deck. One of the best investments we have ever made. Any was responsive and his team were experts in building decks.

Description of Work: We picked up RWS company's number in Yellow pages book , We called on the 08/08 , and we set up an appointment for today the 08/11 at 12:00 pm , so we got a phone call from Mr Ray today , same day of the oppointment , at 10:30 am and he said that he had a cancelation so he can get to us within 20 minutes or so , so the difference is almost 1 hour earlier , but we were busy doing other things and we told him lets do it at 11:30 am , he said ok . After 20 minutes he called us back and he said that he can't make today and he asked us if we want to make an other appointment for the next week , even he didn't apologize for that , he just put it as a fact and we had no choice , as he was punishing us because we didn't accept what he asked for , so we told him no we don't want his service anymore . we think that those people are not punctual and not honest , once they did it once , they can do in the future and we were lucky to find out about their reliability at the beginning .

+ -1 moreI felt the price was very fair. He was professional and had excellent workman ship. He did use some sub-contractors for some other work and he did oversee them personally just to make sure that they were doing a good job. One thing that stood out about him was that; they had to cut a hole in the house to add the new room and at one point there was a heavy rain. There was a small leak before they finished the new roof portion. He came over and had to climb up the ladder in the rain and fixed the roof. He is very conscientious and the sub-contractors did a good job too. I will highly recommend them to others and if needed be I will use them in the future.
