Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. |Requested gutter cleaning through a Big Deal offer. After shoveling millions of seed pods from my neighbors' trees off the patio all spring, I looked up to discover little trees sprouting in my gutters. I went into panic mode and was probably in more of a hurry than I needed to be. Rigdon responded promptly by email to my "ASAP" request, and scheduled the cleaning within a week, despite all the rain. Workers came as scheduled and finished the job in about 30 minutes. The young man I spoke with was polite and friendly. No mess and no evidence of those evil seed pods & sprouts left behind. A representative called the next business day to make sure all had gone well. I appreciated them checking in. | I have since seen offers from other companies for a slightly lower price, but this all went smoothly with no fuss and I am happy to pay a little more for smooth sailing.

We chose high quality carpet and pad, and his service included removal of old carpet, tightening base flooring, and installation. Everything about the process was exactly as we would have hoped. Description of Work: the groupon was for 25 windows inside or out. The crew came a little late, but called to tell me that they were delayed because of a truck breakdown. The people were excellent. They cleaned the inside & outside of old windows. We could not get some of them open, so were unable to raise the storms, but they did an excellent job and were most accommodating.
