Description of Work: One employee came to clean the windows. He was over 2 hers late. It was dark outside and he was still cleaning. The last few windows were "ok" when looked at the next morning. |The employee said that I had more windows than are here. He was counting the half moon windows as whole windows. After discussing the situation with him said he would count the 4 half moon as 2 windows. I paid to have the sills also cleaned at 2$ each. In their advertising they need to state what constitutes a window.

Description of Work: I used the 30-window package from Angie's List and added a few extra services - like taking down screens and scrubbing them and adding a rain repellant to the window washing. | |The gentleman was on time, very respectful and easy to work with. This is the first time I have ever used a window cleaning service and it was worth every penny. I can't get my windows as streak free as Rigdon. | |What surprised me the most was the follow up call by Rigdon to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. Loved that!
