They were great. No complaints.

This is the 2nd time that I used Rigdon for gutter cleaning durring the last year. They are easy to reach and fast to respond to a call. Best of all they take care of the financial arrangements on the phone and I didn't have to be at home to meet them. The owner Kerry seems to care about doing a good job and suggested putting a gutter protector on a trouble spot on my roof. I will take him up on that Idea as he priced it right.

They did respond promptly and came out. They did missed a few windows during the project. They would go and wash the windows once I pointed it out, but I did have to show them the missed windows.

The entire process, beginning to end, was pleasant and painless!

They did a good job on the windows and we were happy with that. But they did not do such a good job on putting the screens back in place and we were not aware so we had to go around and put them back in ourselves. However, we were still very pleased with their work.

They were subcontracted with a cleaning company and there was some mix-up in the communication between them and the cleaning company. I called them directly and they came within the hour to clean the windows. They were wonderful.

I do not get on ladders. They were prompt and did not try to sell me other services.

The pressure washing was done by a young unsupervised individual who did a job that I would characterize as just fair, missing several places. The window cleaning, done by another crew was also just fair.

From the call to the estimate, no more than 24 hours passed. They quoted $12 per window, including storms, but gave us the option to just clean the outside for $3/window. We went for the first option & it turned out great! The team of two arrived on time, was very professional, & cleaned up after they finished. Great job! Had I known the difference it makes, I would have asked them to come three years earlier! I looks as if we have brand new windows!

Kerry was very accommodating of my work schedule and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning 21 windows and blinds. The team was prompt, professional, and left my house in excellent condition.

This company gave me a verbal estimate on the phone for the work I wanted based on the number of windows and feet of guttering I have. I explained to the person on the phone that I have no idea how many feet of gutter I have, but that it was important to me that the second story gutters be checked and cleaned, as we are unable to reach them ourselves. The lower gutters were cleaned and I believe the downspouts were flushed. I was informed a ''visual inspection'' of the upper gutters was done from the roof and since they were clear, they did not clean or flush the downspouts. The window cleaning was o.k. Some windows remained spotted after cleaning. I have had the windows professionally cleaned in the past and they looked better. Upon completion, I asked the technicians to put my hoses away and provide me with a receipt for their work. In my experience, this company was not as professional or competent as the rating of other Angie's list members indicated.

THEY DID NEED HELP IN SENDING MORE COMPLETE QUOTE OF WHAT I WAS BUYING/CONTRACTING FOR - DON'T HAVE SALES COLLATERAL, IT SEEMS.

THE TWO MEN ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE POLITE AND CAREFUL WITH THE PAINTINGS AND TROPHIES ON THE WALLS. THEY EVEN DUSTED UP IN A COUPLE OF CORNERS!

RIGDON WAS CONTACTED BECAUSE THEY HED HONORS ON ANGIE'S LIST. THERE WAS A SLIGHT MIXUP REGARDING PAYMENT. THEY MISPLACED OUR CHECK AND SENT AN INVOICE, BUT ALL WAS CLEARED UP PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED THAT THEY ALSO HANG CHRISTMAS LIGHTS. THEY MAY OFFER OTHER SERVICES AS WELL.

2 YOUNG COLLEGE BOYS WERE MAKING MONEY TO ATTEND COLLEGE BUT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A REAL ASSET TO THEIR COMPANY. THE LEAD PERSON WAS PAUL PHILLIPS. I CLEANED AND PUT BACK MY STORM WINDOWS AT MY OPTION OR THEY WOULD HAVE DONE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50. THEY WERE EXCELLENT YOUNG FELLOWS TO WORK WITH AND DID THE WORK IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
