I waited several weeks before calling to schedule service. When I called I offered a few dates that worked for me and Kerry was able to accommodate every date I asked about. The morning of service I received a call from the technician informing me the time he would arrive. He was a few minutes early, got right to work and did a fantastic job. He was extremely friendly and professional. The windows have never been so clean. I will most certainly use Rigdon again. I bought three window cleaning services from Rigdon I gave as Christmas gifts. I am confident each of them will be as pleased as I am with the service.

Purchased an Angie's list deal for window cleaning from Rigdon's. Email to set up appointment and he responded quickly. We had to reschedule the initial appointment due to rain but set up it only a few days later. The guy arrived exactly on time and cleaned every window inside and out to perfection. I was 100% pleased with the service.

I got their name on Angie's List and they are wonderful. In fact, they are very wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about them. I talked with Kerry Rigdon and I believe he is the owner and that it is a family business. I think that I called and they let me know that they could be out in about 10 days. I liked that they had more than one truck. They had enough customers that I had to wait a little bit but not for too long. We waited for it to rain so that we could check the quality of their service, and they had done a wonderful job. They do offer other services and I am thinking about using them for window cleaning because I liked Kerry Rigdon. I thought that he was very professional and the person he sent was very professional too, and they did a wonderful job. We are very pleased and I will use Rigdon again.

I called as a referral from Angie's List to have my windows cleaned. Iwas on vacation the day I called, and was pleasantly surprised that they had someone in the area who was able to come by that day. The crew was professional and work was done well and quickly. Price was as quoted to me. I would highly recommend!

Excellent experience! I had purchased a "DEAL" on Angie's List in November. Since the weather was so good in late January, I called to arrange a date for service. Two days later the truck arrived at the exact time stated during the call. The worker was very friendly and efficient. The windows look wonderful! I won't hesitate to call them again - "DEAL" or no deal! PS I had forgotten that I'd paid them through Angie's List and wrote the workman a check for amount. Kerry called me the next day letting me know that I'd already paid. With my grateful permission, he tore up the check I'd written. Integrity as well as excellent workmanship found in this company!

They were fast, they came when they said they would. They gave me a short window of when they would arrive. They came and performed the work very quickly.

I needed my windows cleaned because they were really dirty, especially having just completed some exterior stucco work and exterior painting completed at our home. I called Rigdon at the recommendation of a friend who is also a Realtor, AND this person had also personally hired Rigdon for window cleaning at her own home in the past. Kerry Rigdon answered the phone when I called (instead of voicemail). They scheduled a time to come out within a week to do the work. They showed up, were clean & courteous as they went about their work. I was pleased to get to know them, and will be quick to refer them to any of my friends, neighbors, or real estate clients about them. Also, it is nice to know that the next time I need my own windows cleaned, I already know who I am calling. It will be Rigdon !

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal, and what a deal it was! My original call was returned promptly and a date was set for the next week. Brandon came on time, did an excellent job of cleaning my windows and as an added bonus, he was a very affable young man! I highly recommend Rigdon INC!

They arrived, began inside and worked to the outside. They did a spectacular job on our windows and glass doors. They (windows and doors) sparkled like new! There were two men, both professional, courteous, and fast! It took right at two hours--a little less-- for them to complete the entire job (five sliding glass or French doors, 11 windows). Even without the coupon, I'll use this company again. Their price is really reasonable for the quality of work they do!

Rigdon was late by 45 minutes or more, and did not call me to notify me. I called them for a status. But once he got to the house, he worked nonstop until the job was done. He was thorough, professional, and efficient. My windows are spotless; they look beautiful! And, there was no dirty water left on the floors or carpets. I am ecstatic with the work and results.

I took advantage of an Angie's List "Big Deal" from Rigdon for window cleaning. The guys were late because of a dead truck battery, but the owner called me to let me know that they were on their way. I had a doctor's appointment so they worked extra hard to make sure that they finished before I had to leave. They were very neat and cleaned the windows and inside the sills in about 2 1/2 hours! I was truly impressed with their work and professionallism and plan to use them again.

Each time I phoned, Kerry called me back within 5 minutes. I called on a Friday afternoon, and they had availability the following Thurs, Fri, or Sat. I was very impressed they did Sat appts! We confirmed Sat. morning, but no one arrived at the scheduled time. This was the only negative in the whole experience. However, we were at the home all day anyway, so it really worked out fine for us. A few hours after expecting them, we gave them a call and left a message. Twenty minutes later, the gentleman was at our front door and got to work! He brought ladders and cleaning supplies. He first counted the windows. We had purchased an Angies List Big Deal, and I wasn't sure how certain larger windows would be counted and whether or not we'd owe additional money or need to pick and choose which were included. He said the Big Deal would cover them all (except two small ones on the basement level). We were very happy with that. Our home is a foreclosure that has not been taken care of, so you can imagine how dingy the windows were. He worked hard to scrub off all the grime to make them sparkle! Really really happy with the results! Also, my young children were running around, watching him, talking to him, etc, and he was very polite and put up with them quite well. :)

Company was very easy to work with. I called on a Tuesday, I believe it was Kerry Rigdon that answered. They said they could come by Thursday, I didn't need to be there. I asked if they would call on their way because I wanted to meet the individuals. They called once they had arrived so unfortunately I did not meet them because I had left the house to run an errand, the only slight hiccup (albeit small one). When I arrived home Thursday evening the gutters were cleared, I could see water at the bottom of the downspouts where they had flushed them. They sent me an invoice and the price was inline with what I have paid in the past. Overall, a very simple, convenient transaction with work that fully met expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Purchased big deal offers for gutter cleaning & window washing (indoors & out). I purchased additional window cleaning at the appointment as my house had more windows than what was included in the coupon. Resource arrived on time, evaluated the property. Provided estimate & feedback on additional charges due to higher number of windows. I agreed with increasing to do all windows. He first powerwashed the gutters. He then cleaned the windows, starting outside and then worked inside. It took him approximately 6 hours to do all of the work, including a break, approximately 20 minutes, in the middle. I never noticed him hurrying or rushing, which I appreciated as it meant the 1st set of windows were as clean as the last set of windows. He was very respectful, friendly, and quickly cleaned up any mess (such as peeling paint) associated with the cleaning. I appreciated the feedback he provided on the status of the windows & gutters. I will definitely use them again.

I received a prompt call back from this company and was able to schedule a date within a week and a half to have the service done. They arrived promptly and went straight to work. I had recently moved into this home and the windows were filthy. The windows were cleaned inside and out, no smudges, no more cobwebs. They washed my screens and wiped the window sills. Some of the window bottoms could have been wiped down a little better as there was quite a bit of grime on them to begin with and after washing the windows, there were some muddy spots but I wouldn't have seen that except I opened some windows.On the whole, I am defintiely satisfied with the result.

Workers arrived 50 min late without explanation or call. Both were very business-like and worked quickly. Work completed in about 2.5 hrs. Exterior worker did not brush off cobwebs over and around windows, which seemed odd. My concerns are not with the workers, but with the way I was charged an extra $117 over what I'd already paid, allegedly because storm windows are not included in the "deal." I'm still not sure how the total price was calculated, since I did not receive anything in writing. I asked for an invoice or receipt, but workers did not have one for me. I'm on the fence as to the value of this Angie's List "Big Deal."

I chose Rigdon because of the reviews here on Angie's List. the quality of the work was excellent. I expected them to power wash the outside windows, but the guy actually hand washed and dried each window. Were they perfect, no, but it was still excellent and made me feel so guilty about the inside of my windows that my wife and I spent the next day cleaning those! The only issue I had, and it was one of those that the more I thought about it the more it bothered me, the guy cleaned my windows with his shirt off. It wasn't a particularly hot day either. It was just a little weird to see his bare torso stretched across my windows. It was just not professional. Not a huge deal, but odd.

They actually did the installation in two pieces. We had some wall to wall in the stairway and an upstairs hall. They put that down first and then they came back and did the area carpet. We liked that they are not a franchise; they are independently owned. They had a good selection of quality carpet. They were very professional in the way they handled things. They were kind of laid back and there was no pressure or anything. They were knowledgeable. We didn’t compare prices, but it was competitive.

Great experience from start to finish. They were very polite and professional when I called and were able to give me a price over the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days after I called. The guy who cleaned the carpets actually showed up early and was waiting for me when I got home from work. He spent a good half hour on reach room, and the carpets looked great when he was finished. .

It went well. There was a little mix up on the second job's time but that was probably because I changed it. The guy came a little earlier than I expected, but it was ok as we were there and ready. I would definitely have this company again.
