He was very nice, fast, and did a great job. The final cost was a little more than I had anticipated, but since I had no desire to do all of that work myself, I was very happy that he did it for me. And the windows and blinds looked great!

Representative came on time, did a wonderful job on some tough windows (all 2nd story), was friendly, efficient. Couldnt have asked for more.

They came, and started removing storm window from inside the house. Unfortunately it was very windy out so all the paint chips etc blew into the house. We should have vacuumed in the window sills before they got here. Instead I had to do a lot of vacuuming inside the house when they were done, but the windows looked great. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Very nice man showed up and gave me a reasonable quote. He cleaned all the gutters and also cleaned up all debris. He showed me possible problem areas to be aware of in the future. He did not pressure me in any way to get additional services. He was extremely professional. I would definitely use them again.

The price quoted in the deal was not what I ended up paying. The deal did not say that transom windows, etc. were treated as separate windows so I ended up paying twice what the "deal" quoted. That's okay if that is what it is, but it was very misleading, so it got off to a bad start. The windows were clean and looked good when done so no complaints about that. However, the washer did not return furniture that he moved back to their appropriate place, including outside furniture. That was annoying. I would recommend that what qualifies as a "window" be made clear in the deal. I didn't apppreciate having to clean up after paying that much money.

They were great and did a fantastic job. There were only extra charges because I asked him to clean our gutters while he was here. I would use them again and have already recommended them.

I called at 11:00 and made an appointment for 2:00 pm. The guy showed up exactly on time and was finished 45 minutes later. I could not have been more satisfied.C

They were punctual and polite. I think they are above-average and I thoughtthey cut corners a little bit.

I took advantage of the coupon so that the upstairs windows would be cleaned. The setup was simple. Unlike so many service groups, there was a great deal of flexibility in times available (so that I didn't have to take off work!). The technician arrived on time and was very efficient. The inside and outside windows were terrific as were the screens. In short, this is a company with whom I will definitely do business again. You should too.

Returned my initial call quickly to provde quote, were available the week I needed them, showed up on time. A very positive experience. Did such a great job after almost a year, I am using them again, Just scheduled my appointment and was so nice to get a live person on the phone! Actually so happy I am having them do my inlaws across the streets windows too. Hightly recommend.

He was great. He cleaned both inside and out. Everytime I talk to someone about window cleaning, they always come up in conversation. He ws quick and efficient.

The two workers that arrived at my house were quick, efficient and willing to move things for me. They were on time and moved quickly throughout my house. I wondered why I didn't do this sooner.

I called Rigdon Inc. and left a message to have clogged gutters cleaned out and to consider leaf guard installation. Pretty soon they called back and then Brandon came over to measure and got my input. We scheduled to do the work the next day (a Saturday). Brandon came as planned and efficiently had the work done. The bill that came later was consistent with the quote. It was a reasonable amount. The gutters functioned well with the next rain we had. I would use Rigdon Inc. again for a future project.

I wouldn't have minded if this company had canceled their appointment on the day they came to clean our windows: the temperature was 31 degrees outside! Two technicians came, and in about 1 1/2 hours, our entire windows, door glasses, etc. were sparkling! They were efficient, and courteous. We were so very pleased with their work! I've scheduled them for periodic cleanings and gutter inspection.

Service was prompt, quick and professional. In 2010 I asked them to call with a reminder in the late fall and late winter each year and they have done so.

The representative showed up in time and porceeded to clean all the gutters first - he left a bunch of debri from the cleaning on my patio that I later had to clean up. I called the company back because of two things: 1. The guy that cleaned the windows forgot to clean the window sill - and I called, they said they were going to send someone and never did. I called twice and never came. They also forgot to clean a window 2. They sent me a bill charging me for the screens - and they were included. I had to call and they did give me a credit for that. Will not use them again for sure!

The service man from Rigdon came out promptly and found I had a bird's nest in my gutter that was causing the problem. The technician cleaned and flushed all my gutters and found the buried drain in my yard. He did a great job and got it done very quickly. Rigdon called back to check and see if everything had been taken care to my satisfaction. I will use this company in the future, their customer service is wonderful and their prices are right on, very reasonable.
