It was a good experience, the gentleman showed up at the time indicated and worked continuously through the day not even taking a lunch break because he wanted to get the job done. Very kind and professional.

It took about an hour for two workmen to clean all the windows, inside and out. Most windows were on the ground floor since my house is a story and a half. They did nice work, my windows really look clean! I would use this service again. They charged $6.00 extra, since the number of windows slightly exceeded the limit on the offer. The offer did not include cleaning the screens.

My windows were in serious need of cleaning. They cleaned all the windows inside and out thoroughly and quickly. I was very happy with their work.

In March we found dampness in a room we never use unless our grandchildren are visiting in our basemanet closet . Upon further inspection we found that the moisture extended the complete length of the basement in both the finished and unfinished area. We called our insurance agent and he inspected and determined that the cause was thet the gutters were insufficient to handle the amount of water from a recent downpour and there was mildew inside the finished wall. The environmental company was contacted and they removed the dry wall from the bedroom, closet, bathroom and the carpeting from the entire basement along with some furniture and the bathroom vanity. After the environmental company finished the insurance inspector suggested we install new and larger guttering. After checking Angies list we contacted All American Gutter, Patrick Clifford, the owner came out to assess the prolem and the very next day, he and his crew removed the guttering from the entire house and reinstalled new 6" gutters and redirected the downspouts to take the water to the downslope of our property. He, Partick was on the job the entire time and the job was completed in 2 days. He also suggested that the underground drainage system might be clogged and that they should be cleaned out. He suggested a company called Dynamic Drainage. You can review our comments on them at anoher site but the dos are dont use anyone other that All American Gutter and Patrick Clifford for any guttering work and the donts are dont use any other company I have not reported sooner because we have had an 8 month drought in Kansas and this past week was the first time we could verify that all that was done was done perfectly. We now have a dry basement and can procede with finishing the finished area again after 8 months of ugly cement One last word, dont trust your insurance inspector. His estimate of the carpeted area was 400 square feet. In actuality it is 872 square feet. I guess you know which side the inspector is on.

I would definitely use this service again.

Called last week of December and talked with Kerry. Chose Rigdon because they also do windows and I was looking to choose a trusted contractor for multiple tasks. Kerry said they'd probably be able to get out the week of the 1/8/13 when the forecasted temp would be 32+ degrees. The worker (don't know who - husband was here) showed up 1/4/13 to provide the service. Appears job ok with the following caveats: 1) not sure the downspouts were flushed -- I didn't have a hose out as wasn't expecting them that soon; 2) clean up was just OK -- a little debris left in several areas. That said, our dog (harmless but big and loud at the front door) was going crazy when the worker came to the door, and he appeared intimidated by the crazy thing, so he may have been distracted by that (benefit of the doubt). I'll probably use them again as they are rated so highly, but won't recommend until I test them further.

They did a great job despite very cold temperatures. They were prompt. Some windows have streaks but I think that was the result of the temperature not effort or technique.

They were able to schedule the next day and arrived prompty at 9AM. The worker was clean,neat and very careful as he methodically and thoroughly cleaned oversize windows, even 5 large windows that were 2 stories high. When he cleaned the inside of the Master bathroom skylight, he needed a very long ladder to reach 2 stories high and he slowly and carefully made sure the ladder did not touch any walls as he had to navigate several corners. While he was cleaning the skylight, I noticed there was a cobweb in the corner and dust had collected on the exhaust fan across from the skylight. He was very willing to remove the cobweb and thoroughly clean the exhaust fan too. I was very impressed. I decided to buy another "big Deal" for my dsughter's house!

These people are awesome. I spoke with someone in the office and with the gentleman who came out to do the actual work. Both were courteous, friendly and professional. The gentleman in the office set up the details of the appointment with me. The representative who cleaned arrived right on time. He cleaned all my outside windows efficiently and faced the difficulty of my sunroom windows with a smile and assurance that it was "no problem." I give this company my highest recommendation and will absolutely use them again. When I look at the slapdash manner in which I've tried to clean my own windows in the past, the expenditure of time and effort and the result (nothing like what this gentleman achieved in an hour), I will never clean my own windows again!

It was a little awkward to say the least. When his guys got here they had trouble estimating the rest of the windows because I had more thant hte eal allowed. His crew was unaware of what all was included in the deal and I had to keep reminding them, I eventually pronted off the terms of the deal to show them. One thing hat was included was cleaning the screens and they had already been there longer then they intended so the screens just got a cursory clening and it was not up to what I was expecting. They used my dryer to dry their rags instead of bringing enought to do the job, seemed very unprofessional to me. Based on lack of knowledge on the deal that was offered thru Angie's list and their lack of professionalism I will not use them again nor would I recommened them to anyone else.

It went pretty well, they came out on time, and performed the cleaning services as expected. Cleaning work was done better than last years.

It was great, I was very pleased with the job that was done.

Very quick response. Scheduled for a time my husband could be home. Arrived on time and did an exceptional job. Windows gleamed. Cleaned up after themselves. Very honest firm. They were going to clean our gutters. Went up the ladder, took one look at them and said that they didn't need it. We will definitely use them again.

They were prompt, friendly and put everything back in order before leaving. They had three men and one cleaned the outside of a window while one cleaned inside. Very professional.

We've always had excellent results using this company and having an Angie's List special was just cream on the top! The worker did a great job as usual and was mindful about home interior cleanliness.

The crew arrived a few hours early as they had mixed up my appointment with another. As a result, I was not ready and had to take the dog out immediate since there were three guys simultaneously running all over the house to clean the windows and remove and clean storm windows. They did a great job and did it quickly.
