The cost was 100 $. They cleaned the windows outside and some in. I recommended them. The price vas reasonable and they did a good job.

The window washers arrived on time and did a great job. Scheduling was very easy. Windows were clean and the work was done quickly. We have no complaints.

This company did an excellent job. When they left the windows sparkled. Additionally, they cleaned and covered the gutters. The gutter guard they use is a very high quality steel guard that comes in 10 ft. sections. It has worked perfectly.

The experience was great. I contacted the company Friday morning and I had stated that I had a clogged gutter that was causing a leak within my home. They scheduled me the same day so the gutters could be cleaned before the next rainstorm moved into the area. They gutters were cleaned by the end of the day. They left no evidence of debris from the gutters on the property.

I took advantage of an offer last year and this to have my windows and screens cleaned. The y did such a wonderful job last year that I was thrilled to have them come back in 2013. Only this time, I paid extra to have all of my windows done, not just what was covered in the coupon. The crew was on time, professional, amazingly efficient and thorough. My bottom line -- run, don't walk to get these folks to come to your house or place of business. They do great job at a great price.

Called to see if could do earlier - (yes), arrived quickly. Had all necessary equipment. Did job fast. Will return when gutters dry enough for spray. Excellent work.

When I had a tenant leave me with cat urine odors. Rigdon was willing to treat the floor even though this is not something they normally do. I had used them for gutter cleaning a few years ago and I was so happy with the work and the service I was happy they were willing to try to save my floor. I had them treat it twice. The odor was significantly reduced but more importantly they were the only cleaning company willing to try. I will use them in the future.

I purchased one of the deals for this company and was very pleased. They arrived on time, were professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and were nice to deal with! While one of them was waiting for the other to get something for the truck, he started cleaning the windows around the front door even though those weren't ones that I had asked to be cleaned (20 windows could be cleaned on the deal I purchased) - he did that though instead of just standing there waiting for his colleague to return with the bigger cleaning equipment. I appreciated his work ethic! Would definitely use again!!

I was very impressed with the service that was given by Rigdon. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous while cleaning our windows. I will definitely use them again!

It could not have been easier. Everything went exactly as expected.

Arrived late and proceeded to complain and curse the entire time because they didn't like the windows. They also didn't like working on an old house with windows from the 1970s. They banged on the windows to the extent I thought they would break. If there was a reason this wasn't a good fit I would have appreciated discussing it and maybe figuring out something else. When they decided they were finished, even though some of the windows were not washed I said so long because they were so unpleasant. I bet they do a fine job on a newer house in the suburbs.

Rigdon Inc. did a good job for a reasonable price. We've used them more than once. We got them through our Homeowners Association. They had a special price of $49.00 for 25 windows. We have 81 windows, so we chose the 25 that needed it the most. It was bitter, bitter cold. We couldn't believe they showed up. I mean, it was freezing. I got up on their big ladders and did those things and I said, "Wow." The guy said, "We've got families to feed, just like everybody else, so it doesn't make any difference what the weather is."

Everything went well, I had no clue the windows looked so bad until after they were cleaned and looked so good.

It went great. The cleaner showed up 15 minutes early and started on the exterior before I got there. He was polite, conscientious and efficient.

The technician came as promised and was even 5 minutes early. He counted the windows first to give me an estimate if there was going to be any overage over the "deal" that I had purchased (25 windows). We had 30 windows so he let me know what the extra charge would be. He removed all of the screens on the windows next and began cleaning. It took him about 2 and 1/2 hours to clean all the windows, inside and out. He cleaned the outside windows first, then came inside to finish. He was very courteous and friendly. When he was done he left a card for future reference. I would definitely use this company again because our windows look great! Thanks so much!

Three guys worked for about an hour to clean all 22 windows in the house. They were very polite and friendly and took off their shoes while working inside the house. They used a ladder for cleaning the outside of the windows. They washed every window they could find, even the little glass panes in a garage door that I would not have thought of as a window.

After three hours I was told that they were finished. I was surpised as a through cleaning should take longer. I checked the windows and found that 5 had not been cleaned at all. Two had only been partially cleaned. The majority of the rest had been wiped but left with residlual streaking. Any dirt not cleaned by a single pass was left. The rails were wiped but not left clean. The window wells were wiped but debris was left in the wells, or dropped on to the carpet. Their emphasis was on getting in and out, not on the quality of the job.I pointed out the windows that were not completed and they were done.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. They were okay; they just cleaned the windows; I would not say they were outstanding and I would not say they were bad. They did what they were going to do; moved some things in my house and scratched some floors; I was less than thrilled about that. The cleaned the windows adequately but I don't like how they treated the rest of my house. They were responsive.

Rigdon, Inc. was okay. They did okay. There were a couple of windows that were working before, as far as I knew, after they came, didn't work. But they weren't windows that I open very much, so it could have been other factors. I really don't know that they did anything. The service was about what I expected. I mean, it was just okay. It wasn't killer, by any means.

it went very well. I called and left message and my call was returned withing a few hours. We set the date and time and they worked with my schedule and they were on time. They worked quickly, thourpghly and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience. I had them do it last year for the first time and now with the second being so well done I will call them again next year.
