He did a ok job but seemed to be in a hurry. I don't remember the exact dates and price, except that I know it was a special from Angie's list.

We had one badly clogged gutter and others that appeared to be somewhat clogged. This showed up with the severe weather we had been having. With more to come we wanted the gutters cleaned. I called in the morning and left a message. I called a few other companies but Rigdon was the first to call back and the most highly rated that I saw. I was expecting to hear that they wouldn't be able to come that day. To my surprise they were able to come out late afternoon (between weather events) and get it done. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and courteous as were the two who showed up to do the job. This isn't something I've hire for in the past as I have done it myself. However, we now have a two story house and I don't have a ladder that tall (or the interest in getting up the high...ha, ha). I was very impressed and will definitely be calling again.

The Rigdon crew showed up shortly after 8 AM, as planned. They did a walk through of my house to get an idea of what they needed to do. After that, they removed all the storm windows and went right to work on the regular windows. Every window looked amazing when they got done with them. They put all the storm windows back in after they were cleaned and cleaned up any drips left behind. I will definitely use Rigdon again!

Excellent! Amy and Kerry were so friendly, courteous and professional when I talked to them on the phone. The whole process from the initial conversation to the actual work went smoothly and efficiently. Chris and Kevin arrived early in the afternoon as promised, and went to work immediately. Chris is amazing! I have hired many services over the years, but I can't recall meeting anyone with such an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude toward his work! He did a great job on the windows and placed the bird strke decals exactly where I wanted them. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Kerry and the crew that came out to our house were all absolutely wonderful. I was scheduling the window cleaning around our home being painted, and due to weather delays, had to reschedule three times. Kerry was very patient and flexible with me. He made the suggestion to see if the painting company would deduct the cost to reinstall the storm windows they had removed, which was a great idea I had not contemplated. The day the painters completed, I spoke with Kerry, and indicated they could come to our home to do the work at their convenience. To my surprise, I arrived home that afternoon and there was a crew there working that very afternoon. The crew was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job, and the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend Rigdon to anyone, our experience was A+!

The Window cleaning team (2) arrived on time and ready to go. They gave me details about how they were going to approach the job, and I asked them to do more windows than the 24 included in the Angie's list deal. Once we got a count down, they went to work. Windows looked great, and they hit all the sills too! I have already recommended them to my neighbor.

The service went through smoothly, from scheduling to their showing up and perform the work. The two workers were professional and engaging. They respected the privacy and asked before entering each room. The work quality was good. The BIG DEAL was cleaning 25 windows for $75. We had a few more. Because there was not a standard list of additional price per window. One person said $6, another said $8. We eventually paid $8 for each extra. It was not a lot of money and the deal was good so I did not ask for the lower price, but I wished they could be more up front about it.

I used a coupon for this service. Everything went well with their service, however the window cleaners left my windows unlocked which I did not discover until a few days later.

They arrived on time, were fast and efficient and did a great job.

Called to make an appointment, they came out that week promptly and cleaned all of our windows. They did an excellent job. Would recommend their services.

They cleaned the outside only and didn't even clean the exterior sills. very sloppy. I paid extra for storm windows. They broke one, took to repair and never returned it.

We called and set up appointment for them to clean our outside windows. they showed up on time and were great. Would use them again.

They showed up right on time, and were very professional. They took all of the screens out and then washed the inside of the windows. Washing the screens was an extra charge, so while they were washing the windows, I was able to go around and wipe down all of my screens that they had removed. They put everything back very neatly. I have some very high windows on the outside, and they were able to reach all of them.

These floors were quite dirty, probably never having been cleaned before, and had a considerable amount of automotive grime. I couldn't find a company in the Kansas City area that specializes in this type of cleaning, so I looked at companies that do power washing. They were also going to have to move and then reattach the washer and dryer, which are in the utility room. Rigdon said they could do it and accepted the job. The two young men they sent arrived timely, were courteous, and seemed to try to do the best they could with what they had. However, it was quickly obvious that they weren't well prepared for this type of job. They did move things and use a power washer, and they did get the general, ordinary dirt. However, they used some type of general-purpose detergent which was no match for the automotive stains. They did manage to get the dryer back together -- I had my handyman double check their work later in the day -- but I had the impression that was another task they really weren't familiar with. (My handyman added a little aluminum tape to secure one end of the dryer hose, but said they did OK otherwise.) I called Mr. Rigdon on Monday, and he sent a team on Wednesday afternoon to spot-treat the automotive stains, which according to my handyman required a degreaser. Again they were courteous and worked hard, although I ended up providing a couple of SOS pads because they apparently didn't think to bring steel wool. Whatever product they used did make a considerable improvement. Overall the garage and utility room floors do look much better. They probably would have looked better still if they had been spot treated before being power washed, when things were moved out of the way. However, I choose not to nit-pick about that, especially since I don't want to have the laundry equipment detached and reattached again. Garages being garages, I do have to wonder why the first team wasn't better prepared for this task. The company probably does fine on other types of work, and hopefully now that they've done this job, they'll be better prepared if someone else asks them to do garage cleaning again. I'm unlikely to mainly because this is the type of thing I'll do only once.

They did an ok job. They came out on a Sunday. The workman that came out complained the whole time about having to come out and work on a Sunday and seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. It was their suggestion to come out on Sunday to clean the windows. They were prompt and did a good job. They didn’t clean the bottom of the windows and only cleaned the glass.

I contacted Rigdon that morning and they were able to have someone come out to do the work the same day. The technician was courteous and efficient. This was the first time I have contracted with a company to clean my gutters. I will call them again and recommend them to everyone.

They did a great job. They were little late and they called and said they're going to be late, came out when they said they were and they did more than and they just did a really good job. They were professional, very clean, nice guys and nice with the dogs.

The whole experience of working with this company was positive. They were able to provide a price over the phone and there no surprise additional charges when the arrived. Getting a suitable time was easy, and the guys showed up when they said they would. The windows looked great and the guys were clean in working inside the house. The following day we received a call to follow up and ensure everything was to our satisfaction which I thought was a nice touch.

It was a good experience; I was pleased to have a crew member who had done this work the previous time. They were punctual and did a good job. I discovered one storm window was off-track after they left and they came right back to take care of it.

We researched providers for gutter cleaning on Angie's List, found some with provider coupons and made some calls. Rigdon answered all our questions and was able to give a estimate on the phone as we knew the approximate footage. All other providers were much higher in cost and didn't provide the customer service that Rigdon did on the phone. In fact, another provider never returned our call, rather he showed up at our home just as Rigdon was coming down the street. I thanked the other provider and let him know we had already selected another. Rigdon was patient, parked down the street and came to the house when the other provider left. Their employee explained how he would complete the job and went to work. We had asked that they check the nails in the gutter and they checked all and secured any that were loose. We also asked for an estimate for gutter covers and Rigdon was honest and said that our gutters really wouldn't require covers due to the location of the trees and the amount of leaves found in the gutters. We will definitely call Ridgon again due to their great customer service and honesty.

I called the company on Friday and they were there Saturday morning. The price was very reasonable and they cleaned up after the job was done. The company followed the visit with a call on Monday to see if we were satisfied. I wlll happily use this company in the future.
