They were initially hired to clean my interior windows. While they were cleaning, they damaged my carpet, causing me to hire a carpet cleaner. They did offer to clean the exterior windows for free, but I was very displeased. I will never use them again.

Very friendly, on time in and out, windows looked great. However, some of the windows are already showing dirt..

They were very good and responsive. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after they were.

The team was fast, efficient,courteous, and professional and they saved my husband and I alot of work! I would gladly hire them again.

The crew was fast and very professional. The showed up early, as scheduled, and immediately began work. All screens and storm windows were removed from the house. Crews began work on washing both the ground and upstairs windows. Another crew washed the storm windows while they were off the house. By afternoon all screens and storm windows were replaced, all clean-up was completed and the crew was gone.

We could not be more pleased. Great price, quality work and it was performed on time.

7/9/13 UPDATE - I am updating this review to thank the owner, Kerry for contacting me and taking appropriate actions following the incident reported below with his employees. His employee also called me to apologize for the inappropriate actions and vulgar note left with my next door neighbor. I want to clarify in Kerry's 7/5/13 response that my teenage neighbor DID NOT engage in conversation with his employees but rather it was the other way around, meaning his employees began flirting and causing my underage neighbor to feel like she had to engage in conversation to keep from having a problem with the advances being made. To Kerry's credit he called my neighbor's Dad and apologized and wrote me a letter of apology with a refund for the services rendered. My only suggestion that I would have liked to seen fulfilled was that Kerry should have also included a letter of apology to my neighbor which I would have gladly delivered. This is my final update as it's time for me to not waste any more of my time on an incident that should have never happened in the first place! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY! I used this provider last January for the home I was preparing to sell and I was very pleased with their work. In fact, I even said getting my windows cleaned on my home is what helped sell my house, and I purchased a second Angie's list coupon to have them come back to clean my new home where I moved in to also be able to take care of my elderly Mother who is in poor health. This time I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company due to the two employees the provider sent to do the job. The owner, Kerry, had set an appt. with me for the crew to arrive at 2pm. As I was driving my Mother and cousin back home from eating lunch, I was surprised at 12:45pm to get a cell phone call from the window cleaners saying they were at the house ready to do the cleaning. When I said they were early and I was driving back and I was about a minute and a half away, the reply was, "oh, well we're going to have to pull off this job and come back some other time." I was outraged and told the guy, "What are you talking about? You aren't even scheduled to be there until 2pm and I'll be home within two minutes and now you want to leave, this is crazy, I'll be home and in the driveway before we finish this conversation!" and the guy then replied, "Hey, I'm just messing with ya!" and so I then callmed down and laughed and said, "Oh, OK, sorry, I guess you got me, I just couldn't believe you arrived way early and you're standing at my house and telling me you're not going to wait when I'm not even two minutes away, so yeah, man, you got me." The two guys were in their 20's and they proceeded to clean the windows of my house and I thought I was happy until 6:45pm that night when the husband and wife from next door knocked on the door and asked about the two guys who were at my home working on the windows earlier that day. To start off with, my neighbors and I get along very well. The husband said his wife and family were home and they didn't mind so much that the window cleaners used their driveway (without asking) to carry their ladders around the side of my house to the back, but the neighbors were not happy to have the window cleaners flirting with their high school teenage daughter who was in her swimsuit in their back yard. And then the real shocker for me came when they showed me the note the window cleaners left on the windshield of my neighbors car. I was APPALLED and SHOCKED to be shown a note that read "Hey swimsuit girl, call me..." and it was signed, "Your New Daddy" and they had their cell phone listed. My neighbor then said his older teenage son texted a message to the cell phone number and the window cleaner guy got confrontational with his reply with an attitude of "if you got a problem with my note, then why don't you meet me somewhere and we'll do something about it!" Again, I am APPALLED and SHOCKED that I hired an Angie's List contractor who sent employees who would do something like this! I AM TOTALLY EMBARRASSED that I am the reason my neighbor's daughter had to be insulted and their whole family has to be put through this ordeal. Just like the Mother of my neighbors' family said, "My daughter's and I feel vulnerable because these creeps know where we live." While my neighbors were in my home, I immediately got the number for the Rigdon Window Cleaners and called them but of course, no one answered so I left a message for them to call me as late as they want or they should call me first thing in the morning. I told them I was not happy with their employees actions and I better be the first person they call in the morning. As far as I'm concerned the two employees should be fired and the owner should come to my house and personally apologize and refund all of my money as well as leave me a letter of apology that I can give to my neighbors for the insult and harm his employees caused to me and my neighbors' whole family. I am disgusted and outraged and not at all happy with Angie's List or Rigdon, Inc. window cleaning service.

Crew arrived promptly and got right to work. A storm rolled in as they were finishing, so some debris was left on the back deck that I had to later sweep off. Not a big deal. I'm glad they were safety-conscious. Gave me some good information about gutter covers.

Excellent work. Only issue was that work took a couple of hours longer than estimated.

Amy was very pleasant and accomodating in scheduling us between rains. Workman arrived on time, were very efficient and safe, and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company for any of their services.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. It was very good and we were satisfied with them. I was pleased with their service and their price was very reasonable. The work was well done. We called them and they were here in a short time.

This is the second time we have used Rigdon for gutter cleaning and they did an excellent job. Very thorough, courteous, prompt, friendly, and they got the job done quickly!

Showed promptly with 5-6 men. They went over the work order before starting giving me an opportunity to change or add to what I had ordered. They worked quickly and efficiently. A very good experience

Came sooner than expected and did their thing and cleaned up nicely.

I had two gutters/downspouts clogged that are on the corners of my house and not the easiest to get to. Two man crew came out, checked and cleaned all the gutters and were done in about 30 minutes. They were very nice, courteous and left everything very clean. I recommend this company highly.

Rigdon co. did a fine job; this is the second time I've used them via "the big deal" through Angies' List. Very professional, and a great value for their work. I'd call them again when I need this job done.

Basically went well, though attention to detail could have been better, particularly by the inside guy. I started to feel like a grumpy old guy when I repeatedly had to ask them to get corners they'd missed or smudges that needed more elbow grease. Also I had to afterwards remove and correctly put in the fake divided lites that we have on 4 newer windows, and properly secure the screens which were left unlatched. Nothing major, but small irritations.

They did a fantastic job. They walked around with me to make sure everything looked good and if I found any places where there was a streak or anything they fixed it right up, so they left with everything in great shape. The deal included a certain number of windows. I had more windows and paid extra to get them all done, but it was a very small fee. It was $5 or $10 for each additional window, so it was very reasonable.

The owner's son, Cary Rigdon from Rigdon Inc was so accommodating about using the voucher to get the most value on the kinds of windows we were having washed in order to maximize what I could purchase with it to keep the additional cost down. I appreciated that. I thought it was reasonable and I thought they did a nice job. I was satisfied my aunt was very happy.
