The cleaning of the windows was okay..... they where not left prestine. Although the windows were cleaned the screens were not. That was an extra charge.....(should be stated in the big deal summary). Overall i will not use the business again. I have my windows cleaned twice a year and there are others i would rather work with.....

Because of a misunderstanding, they essentially did the storm windows for free, which added a ton of labor. The main contact for the company was very gracious about this, and probably lost money on the deal. I will definitely use them again both because of the good work, and the company's professionalism in making the customer happy, even though it meant no profit in this particular case.

Making the appointment was easy. They were polite and courteous. The gentleman performing the cleaning arrived on time, did a great job, and didn't make a mess! The windows were sparkling clean when he left and he was very polite and professional. He certainly got the job done better and quicker than I ever could have done myself.

This was the third or fourth time I have used Rigdon. They were totally professional and prompt. There was a crew of four and the guys working inside took their shoes off at the door!! I would not mess with storm windows for any amount of money but they make it look easy.

Kelly provided a quote which we found very competitive. We were able to schedule the work and they arrived as scheduled two days later. There were eight cleaners that arrived at noon. They were very organized and completed their work in two and a half hours. The work done was very good. We would definitely use them again.

This provider was overall a great experience. They even called to remind me my Angie's Deal coupon was expiring. The guys were out to do the job in just a couple of days. When they arrived they got right to work and did an excellent job. Windows were sparkling and the job was done in a short time. So, why the B rating---there is only one reason. There was one exterior window that was to be cleaned. The guy doing the outside windows said he was uncomfortable doing it because of the roof type. The second guy said he'd get it. When I asked if it had been done before they left, they assured me it had. It was easy to see it had not been done. I would have not insisted on it if they'd said they couldn't get to it but I felt mildly cheated that it wasn't done. Other than that the job was quick, the guys professional and friencly and the windows looked great.

I had purchased a Big Deal $75 for Inside and Outside Window Cleaning. They were great and I was pleased with their services.

Everything went great. Good communication. Quality work. Nice job of clean up. Have used Rigdon in the past for window cleaning and have always been happy with their work. Very happy with this job as well.

Everything was as they said to start off with. They got done in the time expected. They cleaned the gutters very well and hauled away everything they removed.

What happened was, the way it was promoted, I do not remember what they said. But it was some paying that, if I had to pay more with the storms, I had to pay more for inside and out. So, it was just like one pacing at the one vow. It was 20 windows for 50 dollars or whatever it was. And that was wonderful, except that it was only one five in the window. May lead of your flier without five which you can not get in five and out five with the storm. It was very nice but it was a mediocre. We have birds that fly into that kind of thing so that was our problem before.

I was scheduled for 10 AM, they called at 11 AM to say that they had gone to the 2nd house first and would be at my house next. I finished cleaning the house for company that evening while I was waiting. After they left, I had to completely vacuum the entire house due to the dust and debris left by them. The windows, however, were very clean.
