It went great! They left my gutters clean without making a mess. My windows, ceiling fans, and light fixtures sparkle! They replaced 13 light bulbs and most of them were in ridiculously high ceils. They came exactly when they were scheduled and finished in a timely manner. The men were pleasant, polite and professional. I am so impressed with their work ethic! It was obvious that they take pride in their work and that they were proud to work for Rigdon. My only concern is that they may have made a mistake when they figured my statement. $200 seems low for all they did.

Cleaned windows inside and out. Pointed out window problems (where seal was broken). Explained that cleaning storm windows was a lot more expensive than the price I had been quoted over the phone, before they started. They were great about rescheduling during a week of rain.

I purchased a groupon that was good for 25 windows, cleaned. I purchased 2. I had 25 cleaned last spring and waited until fall to redeem the other groupon. When I called to make the appt, the nice lady that answered said it expired in July, but she would talk to the owner to see what they could do for you. The owner called and said they would honor it anyway. I was relieved. I called on a Thursday and two guys came, at the appointed time, on Saturday. They were so nice and friendly. They even cleaned a couple of windows that I didn't "pay" for, and just did it because they were "right there". I love this company and would recommend them to everyone!! It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was amazing. It was awesome. There were no additional fees. I've had them do my house before and I've always liked them. The price was good.

Due to exterior repair & painting taking longer than expected, the Angie's List Deal coupon had expired. I decided to ask if company would still honor the coupon before requesting refund from Angie's List and was very pleased to be told yes. The appointment was made and work done within about a week. Couldn't ask for more.

I called to get an estimate for the window cleaning and power washing. It was all provided with one phone call. It was also easy to schedule to get the work done in less than a week. After each phase of the power washing they checked with me to see if everything was satisfactory. The power washing took about two hours by one person on a Saturday. The following Tuesday the windows were done by two experienced men. They did an excellent job. They completed the job in about two hours for the whole house. We are now enjoying the clear views of the changing tree colors.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They are very friendly and they are easy to schedule. They did their work quickly and with good quality.

Two young cousins arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were careful to move and replace furniture. They had to open all plantation shutters and even managed to clean a kitchen plant window where I had hung lots of glass balls. They carried all screens to the basement too. I also like that the company calls to check my satisfaction. I have used them on 2 other houses and find their quality of work is consistent.

They were here a couple of weeks ago and I spent $250. They did service one time and did a good job for cleaning the windows quickly. They were friendly and arrived when they said they are going to be here. They were thorough, efficient and understandable service provider in window cleaning.

The two window cleaners were professional, showed up on time, and completed all work within two hours. All services were performed well, and they cleaned up nicely after performing work. I was very pleased with their service; this is 2nd time I have had Rigdon and will definitely call again. Cary is very nice to deal with over the phone, and no job too small. I will add more handyman chores to my list for Rigdon as I know they will do a good job at a fair price, especially with coupon.
