I had a very good experience with the company and would definitely use them again. From the moment I spoke with the service representative on the phone I felt comfortable. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. When she did not know an answer (approximate cost based on square feet) she told me, then spoke with someone and called me back. The quality of the work was excellent and the installer was very pleasant. I had gutter guards placed on the back of my home and next year will have them installed in the front. B for punctuality and professionalism for two reasons. At the time of the scheduled service, the gutter guards had not 'come in'. I assume this meant delivery from the manufacturer. I did not find out about that until the installer told me. He also said that he would come back the next day and install the gutter guards. He came 2-3 days later. There was no call in between to alert me to any further delay. Secondly, the price was quoted based off of google earth and looking at the dimensions of the home. I would never hold anyone to an estimation of off google earth, but after being told 'no more than 50 feet', I would like someone to have contacted me to say that the dimensions were actually 80 feet. Small glitches, but overall pleased.

They did a nice job. They were here promptly, and it was a good deal. I had them clean about 30 windows. It took 2.5-3 hours. I paid extra to have them take off the storm windows and clean them -- they told me the cost ahead of time and told me the cheapest way clean the storm windows.

The worker from Rigdon came to our house early. Luckily, we were here. He cleaned the gutters. He only took about an hour. When he finished with the cleaning, he pointed out the holes that we had in one section of our gutters. I pointed out a nail that was sticking out of one section of the gutters and he went up the ladder and fixed it. He also corrected a problem in another section of our gutters without me saying anything.

Great!! On time, very nice,very efficient. When he finished the windows he said he would go ahead and do the sliding doors!

This was overall a great experience. The window cleaner was fast and the windows looked great when he was done.

I contacted the company and they arrived on time and did a get job with clean up. The job took 1 hour and my gutters were a mess!

Karry Rigdon took the order and was very nice and accommodating . Brandon arrived on time and is, by far, the best cleaner I've had in twenty years. He is extremely efficient and quiet. Just what I like.

Team showed up on time and completed work quickly. Couple of places were missed, but they were willing to go over the again. The price was great! Office staff were very professional and helpful.

It was okay. They always tried to up-sell me a lot. They actually came back when they said they were going to come back. They called and scheduled it. They called to remind me that it was scheduled and that was good.

I purchased a window cleaning "deal" from another site and was very pleased with the results. Crew was a little late from the timeframe I was given, but I am very satisfied overall and would use them again.

They did a great job. I had just had a paint job done and many of my windows had paint still on them from the interior. They scraped and cleaned this up well. The storm windows they also did a great job. They spent approximately 4 hours here. I would definitely use them again.

Was here when expected, did a nice job

In addition to the regular windows, we also had the storm windows cleaned and several screens needed to be removed since we never open those windows. A large bay window in the kitchen with the small panes was nicely cleaned. We now can see the flower garden in the backyard!! The Rigdon employee also cleaned the front glass entry doors in this deal, too.

I have used them for 2 or 3 years, and I have them come out every 6 months. I would highly recommend them. They have come out here when it was 32 degrees and so bitterly cold, and they still cleaned the windows inside and out. They clean up after themselves, and my windows are sparkling when they are done. I am having them back out on Monday.

They are very profound, in that they go above and beyond. For example, when our roof was damaged they walked the roof with the insurance adjuster to point out things he might have missed. They are very caring
