They came and did the work while I was away. But seems to be A-OK. I have used in the past and they are always responsive to getting out to clean the gutters.

They came on time. did a decent job.

Probably the best carpet cleaning experience I have had over the years. Rigdon wasn't the cheapest, but the job was definitely worth what I paid. The gentleman arrived early, moved all of the furniture that I requested, and did a very thorough job. At the end there was an area that HE wasn't pleased with and he pre-treated it again and cleaned it again. I would definitely call them back in the future.

Purchased this only Angie's list Big Deal. The providers did not contact me first, I had to contact them to set up appointment. Worker was punctual. O.K job. Would not rate as excellent.

The office called us promptly to schedule an appointment as well as sent a message. The gutter tech came on time and did a good job as well as cleaned up after the job was done. We would use them again!

They did an OK job. I was really hoping they would clean the base of the windows were dirt accumulates but they did not. I would not use again.

Crew was great! Were punctual and had my windows sparkling in no time. I appreciated them pointing out a leak in my gutters that needs to be fixed!

Was pleased with the manner in how the young man washed the windows. He was thorough cleaning the windows; was polite, mannerly and efficient. His work was good enough he earned a tip!

Overall a fair job of cleaning the windows. I needed to point out muliple windows that were not thoroughly cleaned and needed cleaned again.There was some discrepancy on billing that took too many phone calls to get resolved. In the end, they were fair with the services that were provided and the final billing.

Nick and Nick arrived on time and proceeded with the work. One was inside removing screens and cleaning inside of windows and the other worked outside cleaning outside of windows. I was told the job would take an hour and I thought..... "oh, noooooo, doubt that." However, they were finished and cleaned up and out in an hour and 10 minutes...... only because one window came off its track and it took them longer to get it back in right. Thoroughly pleased with their work. Couldn't be happier. Cleaning windows is something I won't be doing anymore!!

I purchased one of their deals. They were easy to deal with on the phone and cleaned up any debris. I will use them again.

Our experience with them was fine. We’ve dealt with them in the past with other household things and they’ve always been great. There were no problems with that. They were very good. They were responsive and always on time. The people that came out were friendly and we never really had an issue with them. They were a good company. We thought they were good and we would recommend them. We thought their price was fair.

They are always great to work with me on the weather and work me in if there is a lot of gutter debris due to the trees that surround our home. Always prompt and professional as well.

The service went very well. I paid an additional fee to have all of the windows cleaned. They cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. Two guys came out for the job. They did not wear shoe protectors when they were in the house, but other than that they did a great job. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated and cleaned about 24 windows. Several people came out for the service and completed the service in about an hour. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the job.

Most of the gutters and downspouts were almost fully clogged with leaves, dirt, and debris. The cost was established at time of making the appointment. They arrived on time and finished in about 90 minutes. The only problem is that my home has buried downspouts that they did not clean. All of the gunk from the gutters and downspouts had settled to these areas that were now fully restricted. They never gave any mention to this: did not say it was not included or would cost extra. They just left it. I spent an hour myself finishing the job for them. At least it was on the ground so I did not have to get up on the 2-story ladder.

Punctual, professional, reasonable, which is why we have used them for several years

I hired Rigdon to clean gutters. Which they did. I have used them in the past and have been happy with their work and professionalism. My complaint is that we had specifically asked for them to pull a seedling that was growing by the gutter when they were pulling leaves out of the gutter and they didn't do it. Before I knew it they were gone and told one of the friends who was helping me move that they would send a bill and left. I really cant say, as I didn't speak with them or review the work they did as they left before we could do a walk around. I would probably use them again, but need to basically follow crew around or be specific that you want to review any areas of concern should they find them. I have used their window cleaning in the past and I was pleased.
