They were okay. They came promptly. They brought four guys. They were here like 10 minutes. There was nothing special but they were okay. I told them that I wanted only the amount that I paid for. I didn't want them to add on something. They didn't do all the windows. The price was fair. The quality of the work was average. Their professionalism was fine.

I have Pella windows that have four sets per window and I did pay additional because it was not all included in the deal. Scheduling was easy. We have large windows on the west side and when the sun shines through, you can see everything. One window was smeared and they came right back to correct it. They did a good job overall.

I've used them for the past few years and it's good as long as you get an appointment or set an appointment date because sometimes they prioritize their existing customers, so if simply just add your list of names to the waiting list then you might have to hassle them to come out to your house but as long as you set the date they show up.

Everything went really well. Scheduling was easy, they did a thorough job, and they didn't leave a mess in the yard.

Good. The guys did their work professionally. - I checked the gutters. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to talk to them because I was not available. My follow-up call to find out if there were any issues identified as the guys were cleaning the gutters was fruitless.

We have gutter screens and so it was harder to tell if they gutters really got clean.

There were additional fees because I had more windows than the deal covered. The offer was a little unclear as to what was included. They count the inside and outside of one window as two windows. I felt the end price was fair though. The workers were professional and accommodating. They did a good job on the windows, but I am continuing to receive a bill from them. I gave the workers a check and I can see that the check has been cashed. It was a good value for the price, but I am still working this final issue out.

They missed two scheduled appointments and when they did come, they showed up in the afternoon despite a morning appointment. I wanted to be here to discuss whether or not the underground drains needed cleaning also. I really don't know what they did. Too much hassle for a simple service. I won't use them again. There are more reliable providers. As a consolation, the female who answers the phone is very pleasant and appears to be helpful, but the crew seems to work on their own schedule.

It was fine. They cleaned the inside and outside of the window, as they count that as two windows. They were at the home for a couple of hours.

When speaking with a scheduler by phone, who was very friendly and pleasant, I understood my windows would be washed on the upcoming Saturday around 10:00. I rushed out to complete errands and get home by 10 and, as I drove up, I noticed a truck in the street with ladders atop it that I suspected might be Rigdon employees. I pulled behind the truck into my driveway and garage, only to see the truck drive away. I assumed they had come early and left because I had not been there when they arrived. I promptly called the Rigdon number and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who took my number and, as promised called me right back after reaching the employees, who she'd requested return to my house. They arrived within 15 minutes, saying they had not seen me pull up to my house but had washed all the exterior windows, since I had not been home to tell them otherwise. (I'd not realized or checked to see if work had been done, because I had assumed none had been.) The lead person told me that I would not be charged for windows I had not wanted done, since there had been a misunderstanding about the time (they had recorded 8-10, whereas I had understood beginning at 10 or after). They then did the interior windows I requested, working quickly but doing a nice job and interacting pleasantly with me. I ended up spending more than I had expected, as more exterior windows than I'd counted on had been washed, even subtracting ones I had never planned on having done. Overall, however, I am pleased with their work and responsiveness, although there was miscommunication regarding time as a baseline problem.
