The workers were on time and efficient. You need to read the ad thoroughly, however. The deal only included one side of the window, which I was not aware of. I wanted both sides done. The company owner worked with me however and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The windows were spotless!

We stayed home because they said they would there between 2 and 4. They never showed up. They never even called. We had Lready had to wait for two weeks.

Did a very nice job on my gutters. Also was very helpful in advising me how to prevent future problems.

Everything went as expected.

The guys showed up in the middle of their 2 hour window and got right to work. They hand scooped the debris, hosed out the gutters and downspouts and cleaned up the debris they took out of the gutters. They were very friendly and professional. I've never had my gutters cleaned by professionals but every time I did it myself I swore I was either going to buy a gutter guard or hire somebody, and it was worth it. I did not price compare. I saw the deal on Angie's list and it sounded reasonable. I've decided I'm going to try to never clean my own gutters again as it is my most hated home maintenance chore and they did in 45 minutes what it would have taken me all afternoon to accomplish. This fall when it's time to clean them again I'm either going to actually have gutter guards installed or have Rigdon come out again. I need to do my research on people's experiences with gutter guard companies and decide if I'd rather invest in that or have Rigdon come out twice a year.

Approx 90 "surfaces" (one window = 2 surfaces) cleaned very well. Used special 30 surfaces for $99.95 deal x3. Very professional and good quality work. Helped sell our house for sure as we have large windows overlooking woods. Would use again without hesitation!

It was perfect! I estimated the actual cost and date of service I cannot remember. I think I was close at $180

Purchased the deal for Gutter Cleaning and within several days they came out and the gutters were revived! Great service.

This is an addendum to the review that was posted on 5/25. Kerry Rigdon did contact me and came to my house on 6/2 to evaluate the work that was originally done and to see if my concerns were legitimate. Kerry was very professional and accommodating to looking over gutter areas that I had questions about and actually looked at areas that I would not have even suggested. He went above and beyond what I had expected and we both concluded that the work had been completed. He even changed a flood light that was out while up on the ladder! He completely satisfied me with his inspection and overview of the work that had been completed earlier. I appreciate a company that takes the time to satisfy their customers and will use them again in the future.

I scheduled the appointment for the 20th and then re-scheduled to the 28th when I could be there. Apparently they came on the 20th when I was not home. They could not clean some of the windows because the screens were still on. I would have removed them if I had been home like I thought. As far as I can tell the windows they did clean looked fine. I was happy that they cleaned and replaced the screens that had been removed. The mix-up on scheduling is understandable. The scheduler was very nice and I understand the confusion.

They were supposed to be at the house between 2-4 on a Wednesday. I called at 3:30 to find out when they might be coming. Was told maybe around 4:30. Called again at 4:55 and was told maybe 5:45 or 6:00. I was unable to wait that long, so I asked them to come first thing the next morning. They came at 9:00am on Thursday and did a great job on the windows. I think the office should have called me to let me know they were running late.....the office called several days later and asked about the job. This person was not aware of the scheduling issue and said she would note it. Seems like the office should have been aware of the issue....

I have used this provider numerous times and they always do a nice job.

These guys were great. I was under a time crunch to get my house ready for an open house and they performed fabulously. They were attentive to not track dirt into the house and virtually every part of every window was crystal clear. I was kept informed of when the crew would arrive, and they arrived when promised. I couldn't have scripted a better experience.

They came on a Sunday morning. Had to meet a deadline for house closing.

Not so good. Left a big mess on my patio (my big green egg was covered in leaves and mud. Disconnected my hose in back yard and did not reconnect. I wasted 1/2 hour trying to figure out why I had no water. When first arrived Told me they had had a number of really nasty houses already and hoped mine was in better condition. I guess my gutters were as they barely spent 15-20 minutes here. Left my backyard hose disconnected, leaf balls and mud mess at downspout discharge points. Overall, the service was quick with no effort to leave the yard looking like they found it, cleaned up and nice. I did use an Angie coupon for like $99 and maybe that is why I got what I believe to be a very substandard job.

Rigdon's employees were professional, on time and worked quickly. They did a nice job and I am happy with the results. I will use them again in the future. I have also had Rigdon clean my outside windows for the last two years and that service always goes well too.

They were punctual and very professional. Dave and Seth are very knowledgeable and took care of the requested task in 30 minutes. Answered all of my questions efficiently and made good recommendations. They have accommodated my service request in less than 24 hrs (Called them on 05/11 for service on 05/12!!). We are very pleased with the service and professionalism.

They ran a bit late but had a crew of 4 or 5 guys that did the work quickly. They did a good job and were courteous and friendly.

They did an outstanding job and were flexible in what they could do as they offered to do interior windows as well (which we did not require at the time). I would highly recommend Rigdon for their customer service focus, professionalism, quality of work and their responsiveness.

Rigdon was prompt on time and the work took 2 men about 45 minutes. I had purchased a Big Deal at $65 to wash 25 windows your choice interior or exterior. I choose exterior. The looked over the house and explained that they could do the upper portion of every double hung window. The lower portion had screens. The upper portions were storm windows. Other windows were double glazed without screens. To have done dismantled the screens it was an additional $245. I opted for just what the coupon covered. Also included was the front storm door and rear sliders. They did an excellent job and the windows sparkled when they finished. These windows had not been cleaned in a couple of years and they looked great.

Great company. Would use them again.

The 2-man crew arrived within the time window that was scheduled. They were courteous and neat.

Our experience was excellent from the first phone call to the company for information, to the completion of the job. The cleaners arrived a little ahead of their scheduled time and began to work after evaluating our project. They were courteous, worked efficiently and were professional. Some of our storms were difficult after years of use and painting, but they managed to get almost all of them clean. They were neat while they worked and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. We would definitely use them again.
