It was great from scheduling to completion of the work. Scheduled me for a 2 hour window to begin work, 3 workers showed up and had all the windows clean in about 30 minutes. The workers were courteous and professional, and did an overall good job. I'm not one for the details, so our windows had been filthy for a while. Now it is nice to have the shades open and enjoy the view. As I was looking over the work, I only found one spot that needs a quick touch up, not too shabby. Will definitely have Rigdon out again in the future. Good service at a fair price!

The crew showed up promptly and performed the work as advertised . They had to spend some extra time cleaning an out if he way gutter, but did not charge extra for the extra time. The work was done properly on completely.

It went fine. My house is huge and so they ended up a lot more than what they quoted on their special, but they added the extra on it and that was fine. Everything was good, everything was on time, they cleaned up and all was good.

Gutter cleaning was about $100.00..They made a note that one of our downspouts needed replaced, which I wouldn't have known. Very nice young men who came to do the work. They did such a great job on the gutter cleaning, put extra little caps so the water wouldn't run down from the corners of the roof into the side of the house. I am Having them back again to do the windows (14) inside and out, including 10 screens. The price is $90 for this. They also clean your chandeliers very reasonably, fix your down spouts, I give them a 10+

The workers arrived at the appointed time. Introduced themselves, I asked for I.D. which they showed. One of the workers had been with them for only a few months. They were both professional, but when I asked questions they were nice enough to explain things to me. They cleaned the gutters and removed the debris from the gutters and placed it in a bag to be removed. I believe they did a good job, but since I didn't climb on the roof, I had to take their word, which I belive was honest. I don't rate anyone with an "A" rating as I always believe there is room for improvement.

They cleaned all of the exterior windows and several interior windows. They were fast and the quality of the work was excellent. Communication from the company was top notch as well.

We scheduled to have the gutters cleaned at a property my husband and I own as a rental at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 7/8/15. I got a call from Rigdon asking about whether or not we wanted the shed gutters cleaned. I said 'no'; the shed can easily be reached by a regular ladder and we are more than capable of cleaning them ourselves. At about noon on 7/8/15, I got a call from Ridgon asking if they could come out immediately as the technicians were in the area. I agreed, but then called my husband to be sure he was at the property. He was not; he hadn't planned on having to be there at 12:00 p.m. rather than 4:00 p.m.; he had gone to our home to get lunch and had to return to the property. When he got there all my husband reports as having been said by Ridgon technicians was that there were 260 linear feet of gutters to clean, but they were on the main house and had, apparently, done the shed and a gazebo (never talked about either way - I actually hadn't recalled the gazebo had gutters and they didn't ask about it when they called to ask about the shed - which they only knew about because they had already gotten to the property way early). They left and I got the bill which included costs for 135 linear feet more than what I paid for ($100 for 125 linear feet). They cleaned all of the gutters (the gazebo and shed). The price per linear foot was $0.50; to mee that seems steep but I have never paid to have gutters cleaned before. So, we went through a couple of days of back and forth 'he said, she said' about what permission they were given to clean the shed and gazebo, with some mention that my husband told them they could clean everything. When I talked wtih the office, I said that would be very unlikely because my husband was the one advocating to me that we could clean the shed even before they showed up, so I find it hard to believe my husband told them to go ahead. And in fact, before they started work, the office called and asked about whether or not to clean the shed so if that word had gotten back to the technicians, or understood by them, they would have asked about the gazebo. Evnetually, Ridgon removed the overage charge; I don't know if the total overage was due to the shed and gazebo, so I might have even gotten some of the main house gutters cleaned for free but I would have gladly paid if we hadn't had the finger pointing, last minute change of schedule, etc. The worst part was not so much that, but that they left the debris from the gutters in the yard and on plants. I'm almost certain it is the debris because there is no other reason for the fine leaf/twig/muddy gunk to be in the locations it is. It would have killed the grass had I not cleaned it up and it was in at least five locations around the house. Rigdon told me they bag all the gunk up and haul it away. I am almost certain they did not do that with all of it. Also, the house has light yellow siding and they dribbled brown gund down the siding and over the side of the gutters. Actually looks a bit worse in places now than it did before they came out. The bill was very confusing; if I pick it up again in a month, I might not remember what they had to explain to me about the bill. They charged $109 initially, when I already paid $100 to Angie's List. They then added $67.50 for the add'l linear feet of gutter (later taken back off). They then credited $12 without any explanation. All that summed up to $67.50!?!?! The math doesn't work and so I called and they explained their system doesn't yet accommodate showing the Angie's List promo cost in any better way and there is a surcharge of $9 for Angie's List but yet there was a credit for $12???? Because the $100 credit for what I purchased on Angie's List, someone could interpret that I didn't pay the whole bill. As this is a business property, and meticulous record-keeping is important for tax purposes, the bill is troubling to me. In a crazy world of worst case scenarios, I could not prove from the bill that I paid and a Lien could be put on my property - very unlikley but possible. So, the whole thing did not go well. They showed up early, albeit with my uninformed permission, but had I known, I would not have allowed it. Then they didn't effectively communicate between the office and the technicians, attributed to my husband an okay to clean the shed/gazebo when he says that conversation never happened, did poor work (the inside of the gutters are generally debris free but not 100% and the mess on the side of the gutters, the house and the yard makes their services untenable to me ever again), and then the bill was a mess. On the bright side, they did make the charge right and the office staff I worked with was professional, prompt and courteous.

Crew showed up on time and did a nice job cleaning gutters. Will use them again when needed.

It went well

Cleaned gutters on house. Missed small section where bird nest had been. Did not clean up what was cleaned out of gutters. Previous companies I have used did. I did receive a follow up call from Rigdon & explained I was not totally satisfied with job done.

I bought an Angie's List "deal" for gutter cleaning. The company called promptly to schedule the cleaning and the technicians arrived at the beginning of their two hour window. They completed the gutter cleaning quickly and efficiently. The yard was left clean.

They did an awesome job and we're fast.

The Rigdon team showed up within the specified window and did a great job. They were thorough and went over their work with me when they finished. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

I made a mistake on there over all work and would like to correct it. They did a very fine job and arrived on time and were very professional about doing their job. I have changed there performance on my job. Please up date my latest review. I was on the wrong company when I did this. Work was done very well. would recommended them. Sorry for the mix up.

The guards seem to be working Ok. They do slow the flow of water into the downspouts, but they certainly keep all the leaves and crud out. I was disappointed that the installer left a pretty big mess. I found several sharp scraps of metal, some of the gunk from in the gutter and screws. The installer was aware that I have children and a dog. In my opinion he left the area unsafe.
