The provider was right on time and got to work. He was super friendly and did a fantastic job! That is a lot of work for one guy and he was enjoying himself so much he was singing outside. It was our pleasure to have Rigdon clean our windows again and would highly recommend them!

It went fine. The guy was real confused on the whole thing. So, he charged me a whole bunch more. I paid it. And then, the office called me back and said, "You overpaid. So, we still owe you $99." By that time it had been a while and I had more company coming and something else had been done around my house. They said, "Do you want us to send you the money or clean $99 worth of windows?" I said, "Actually, I just would like you to come back and clean more windows," and so they did. I paid $250. They didn't do a bad job.

Did not show up when we were scheduled. They thought I should read their mind that they were running 2 hours late. No call, just excuses! They did not even offer a refund of the money that was paid!

Rigdon did an excellent job. Very professional. They called beforehand for information about the home and asked if we preferred to come out when they were in the area or during a scheduled time. They also asked if I wanted to be informed if there was going to be additional work being performed. they stated their prices for the additional charges. They cleaned my gutters that day they called. Afterwards I received a call of how the service was. Its hard to find a business that truly cares about the customer and its service that it provides. Communication is key and they did an excellent job.

Did a great job. After cleaning the gutters the workers used a hose and made sure each down spout drained without clogging.

Great. They called me to schedule, and were able to get to me faster than I had expected. The crew showed up right on time, and went right to work. I was surprised how fast they got it done, and they did a good job. They also hauled away all the junk they got out of the gutters, which was a lot.

Rigdon was very good about getting me an appointment within about 2 weeks of me initially buying the service on Angie's List. It was a very busy season with all of the rain fall that was going on. Guy showed up and did the work while I was at my job. Gutters were clean afterwards but a lot of the debris was left in the yard and front porch. Called the company and left a message about it. For some reason, they called my husband two times instead of me and he didn't know about the problem. He finally asked if they had my number and to call me. They said his was they only number they had (which I know i had originally had given mine to them) but would give me a call once he gave them my humber again. Once they called me, they said they would come back and clean up and offered to clean exterior windows as well for the mess. When I checked, the yard was clean and the window were better. Overall, the work that they were hired for was done and they cared enough to offer a solution to the issues afterwards. I

Checked Angie's list for recommendations, selected Rigdon. Scheduled the cleaning a couple weeks out (they were kinda booked up). Date of service, they called first to let me know they were on their way. Crew of four guys worked a few hours (3 - 3.5 hrs), then asked me to check their work. The crew was polite and professional. Windows are sparkling clean. Very pleased.

First, the windows are clean and the carpets are clean so the main objectives were met. The initial customer service on the phone when scheduling was excellent and the carpet cleaning technician had my husband do a walk through for satisfaction so that portion of responsiveness was good. They quoted an arrival time of 2-4 but arrived at 4:30. They did call when on their way. They left our backyard gate open 2 separate times so our dogs were found by neighbors running loose in the neighborhood. They did not replace all of the window screens and one was replaced incorrectly and ripped so there is a gap they need to come back and fix. They left our hose unrolled and haphazardly strewn across the side yard instead of re-rolling it on the winder as they found it. They carpets are still wet 2 days after the cleaning. One area in the bedroom is wet enough I slid on the tile floor because my feet were wet 26 hours after the service. When scheduling I asked they hang a shutter that had blown down. They did not bring hardware so that did not get done. Finally, cleaning took 4 hours so they were at our home until 8:30pm. I paid by the service, not by the hour, so I am not complaining however future clients should be aware they were not fast and make sure you do not have dinner plans if you have an afternoon appointment.

I love this company! I have used them to clean my windows at our commercial office building in Overland Park in the past so this was a new experience for me. My gutters were so stopped up I thought they would be here all day getting them clean. Took them 3 hours and they are back to working like normal!
