The cleaner showed up a half hour early and I was no there to check the work. The cleaner did not clean out the downspout and after this big rain, I still have water pouring over the gutter and into my basement. Not happy with their poor quality service. Will not rehire them for further work.

They are always right on time and are very quick and efficient. Everyone is really nice and they do a great job. We would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

I purchased a set of two gutter cleanings in 2018. The first one happened basically as promised. The second one has been a disaster. I have used Rigdon many times over the years and thought highly of the company and its services. I've always agreed to schedule service at at time when they had other jobs in the area, and it had always been delivered within a week or two at the very latest. This time was different. I called and was told they would put me on the schedule that coming week. Over two weeks went by, with no service and no explanation. I gave them some time, then finally called again and was told I'd be put on the schedule with the work to be done no later than Thanksgiving. Again, there was no service, and no call or explanation. I called a third time at the end of the month and was told that they'd be out the next day. Unlike in previous years, each time I called, I didn't get anyone and had to leave a message, although the office staff did call me back, and they were professional. I understand that they were busy and that the weather was a factor, but there were many, many nice days when they could have completed the service, and the complete lack of communication and long delay (despite promises of quick service) caused me needless worry. Being flexible with scheduling had always worked out fine in the past, but it was a mistake this time. A phone call to say they weren't going to schedule and complete service as promised would have been a cheap and easy way to provide better customer service. Clear communication about the actual window in which they planned to provide service would have been an easy way to provide basic customer service. I could have let all that go, but as it turns out, purchasing service from Rigdon was a BIG mistake this time. The representative finally did come late in the day on the next day after my third phone call. It sounded like he did some work to clean the gutters, although from the ground, it didn't look like the work had been completely done. Again, I would have let that go, but to add insult to injury, he used an outside faucet and didn't completely shut it off when he was done. The faucet froze, and I now have a mess to deal with. I deeply regret ever having hired this company, and I encourage anyone who's reading this review to look elsewhere for service. I'm very disappointed, and if you hire them, you will be, too.

Excellent! I am delighted with the services Rigdon provided. I submitted a quote request online through Angie's list and promptly received a call and set up an appointment. I requested insurance certificates, which were promptly received also. A follow up email was received prior to the scheduled work. This is just excellent administrative support. The young men who came to do the work were excellent as well. We discussed where the gutter that wasn't draining was located at and they cleaned that gutter and also looked at all the gutters on the house finding some more debris and cleaned that as well. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and I was delighted with their work. They were excellent as well! I am delighted with the service from start to finish that Rigdon provided. I will hire them again to clean our gutters. I think what impressed me the most is the service from start to finish-- every aspect of their operation, from initial call contact, through booking, answering questions and prompt and professional performance of the work to be done. Outstanding, just superb! Please tell all those who were involved with this job how pleased we are.

I seldom write reviews, but these guys earned this one. On time, polite, professional in vehicle and personal appearance, efficient, fast, great job with no streaks, no mess, cheerfully helped with some of the furniture, and last but not least was the incredible low price. One window is one window with Brigdon, inside and out including screen cleaning (with their top "The Works" package). Many other companies call one single glass pane a window, turning one window into 4 (or more). Our recent painting company wanted $20 per individual glass pane, for external cleaning only. Brigdon was a fraction of that price and they did everything and did it well. HIGHLY recommended!! Look no further. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Arrived on time, was professional, did the work and cleaned up after as stated on the vendor website. This was a small job, I have one gutter I'm not able to get to very easily without a much taller ladder. For the same price as the ladder, I can hire this company 4 times. In addition, I don't have to get up on a ladder at heights were injury can be pretty serious. Got two cleanings for $169.

Terrible. Rigdon was a no call no show. After waiting the whole afternoon I called the office and was told someone had come out here but reported that there was "nothing there." They offered to send someone out but by then it was way too late. I hired someone else and they arrived on time and did a great job. They removed 15 gallons of debris from just one part of the gutters alone. So much for "nothing there." I even received a confirmation email from Rigdon on the day before the job so it's not like they forgot the appiontment. Overall a bad experience. I don't know why this business could have so many good reviews and have such terrible follow through. I will not use Angieslist for referrals in the future.
