He took off some blinds and he didn't put them back. I had trouble reaching them. Other than that, they did their job but that is what I didn't like. They didn't put back the blinds that they removed. I thought that they were a little high on the extra windows the way they counted them. I had some extra windows but I counted them differently. They couldn't do all the inside windows because they were blocked. But, they counted them the same both ways; inside and outside. There was a difference of two or three windows on the charge which in my opinion shouldn't but, I am too old to fight. I don't know what the total cost was. I gave them some cash for the extras which bothered me too.

Rigdon always provides excellent service at a fair price. I wouldn't use anyone else for windows or gutter cleaning

They called me the next day to arrange a time to come clean my gutters and then were able to fit me in later that day (over Memorial Day weekend). They removed the wire protectors that were on my gutters and then disposed of them for me at no additional cost.

Rigdon did a beautiful job of cleaning all the exterior (and a few interior) windows in our home - 30 windows total. Michael was very professional and friendly. We will DEFINITELY use them again!

They cleaned all gutters and down spouts, very good job cleaned everything up, polite. Would use them again this is my 3rd time.

Cleaning - called and e-mailed about appointment. Made appointment and came out next day. Left a door hanger saying service was done and called the next day. Gutter guards - same procedure as above, except for door hanger. Found them to be very easy to contact, very responsive, great customer service.

Every single person at Rigdon was pleasant and helpful. They had a guy in our area the very same day we hired them, and it was done with hours! We will definitely use them again!

Josup Cortes arrived during the scheduled window. Was very professional and courteous. Initially discussed how he would approach the job, asked specifically what I wanted done. Cleaning took about an hour and a half. He used a power washer and a gas operated blower to complete the work. Afterwards, he went over what he did and discussed a few minor repairs he made along the way and advised me of additional repairs that should be done perhaps at the next cleaning. But assured me that my gutters were in good working order. I was very pleased with the service. May schedule another visit for an estimate on gutter guards.

The crew did an excellent job. Even cleaned off the entire back deck, which was covered in fall leaves.

Service was performed as expected. Although I wasn't on hand for the cleaning, I received a call when the contractor needed some directions to my home. When I arrived home that evening all of the windows were super-clean - even the large windows that were particularly filthy and hard to reach. Pleased with the result.

Contractor did an outstanding job I live in California and could not be there he went to the house did the job and even took before and after pictures.Highly recommend!!!!

Great! Arrived before anticipated arrival window (although did not call before arriving). Walked through trouble areas. Promptly cleaned and flushed all gutters and even underground spouts.

Two men arrived promptly and got right to work. They worked extremely quickly and the windows were clean. Because of them working so quickly, they pulled one screen partially out of it's frame and left it that way. They also did not pop 4 of the windows back into place tightly from the inside. They had to come inside to do the outside of the windows because they were tilt-in windows. After they left, I went to fix the blinds and noticed a big draft. Went to the next window and had another big draft. Then I noticed on another window that the screen was hanging out. I called them back and they came about 30 minutes later and one man rushed in, fixed the 4 windows and screen, and rushed back out. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. They did leave all the windows sparkling.
