Our basement windows in the back were not done to our satisfaction so they sent someone back out who said condensation was the issue.

They did a wonderful job! Our gutters were pretty bad. They were very easy to schedule. They were on time for their appointment cleaned up afterward. Very good group to work with.

They came time, did a great job, and finished the job when they said they would.

Representative showed up as promised. Cleaned my not so convenient gutters very thoroughly. His demeanor and personality were beyond expectations

The Rigdon crew was professional and worked very quickly. All of our windows were sparkling and clean inside and out after they were finished. I gave Rigdon a B rating only because one washer forced open an inside front window that had a security nail in a drilled hole in the upper frame which he did not notice and so did not remove. That nail then dug a long, deep track into our upper window frame which is quite noticeable. Also two of our storm windows were not replaced by the crew after the washing was complete. I called that day to report these two issues and a manager came to our house the next day, apologized, and quickly replaced the overlooked storm windows. I also showed him the deeply scratched window frame and he said he would speak to his boss about a partial refund of our payment. It's now a week later and no refund has been offered. I would hire again because our windows are beautifully clean, but with reservations because of the window frame damage and forgotten storm window replacement issues we experienced.

Highly Recommend! Fast service and quality work. I had gutters in some hard to reach places that were clogged and overflowing during normal rains. Rigdon cleared my gutters and tested to ensure they were clear. Left behind a written inspection report of my gutter system and an explanation of the work performed.

Friendly, prompt and polite. Gutters were cleaned and we received a quote for gutter guards. Unfortunately, despite all of the positive reviews, the workmanship wasn't great. One of the main gutters wasn't cleaned at all and I had to go back and do it myself. There are some very high areas of the house and I couldn't check these. Overall, it appears they got about 75% of the work done, so not exactly an 'A'.

The service was great. Quick response via email in which they answered all of my questions. A phone call to confirm the date and time of my convenience. Juan V showed up on time. We have a walk out basement so the gutters and flood lights were all at a 3rd story level, several underground drains from the gutters. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Juan was efficient, friendly, and professional. I will ask for him to return when we need the gutters done again.

Manuel and Brian showed up on time and were polite, excellent, hard workers. They washed both the screens and the windows in an efficient and caring fashion. They do need to be a little more careful, as some drips of water were left on a few sills. I'd definitely hire them again.

Rigdon scheduled and confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. Their employee was very professional and cleaned the remaining windows that required cleaning after painting our house. Their service was first rate!
