The two men did an excellent job on the windows. We are very pleased with the results.

Ridgon is great. I was selling my house from out of town and was told the gutters were clogged. We called up Ridgon and they came out the same day and cleaned the gutters. Now no drainage issues. The lady on the phone is extremely nice and professional. A couple days later when the home was getting inspected there was a part of the s piece that fell off. Ridgon came by and fixed it with no charge or questions asked. I'd highly recommend them!

Arrived on time and was polite and personable. Work performed as expected.

The Rigdon tech did a very good job. Windows look like new again, although he did point out a couple of windows where the seal was starting to fail. He did the job in probably 5 times faster than I could have done it myself. Very happy with the work.

As expected. A few places where additional cleaning materials were needed to remove builder's material from glass. Not completely clean, but acceptable for the price.

Arrived early, competent and friendly workers, completed the work as requested.

Jesus was prompt, excellent service and most of all windows were sparking. I'll always use Ridgon for window cleaning.

Overall, very good. My only complaint is that they used a 'squeegy' on my inside windows and left a pool of dirty water on my windowsills that I had to clean up. If not for that, I would have rated them excellent throughout. The windows themselves, though, were cleaned beautifully.

The person was late. When I called they didn't seem to care. At the end I found a piece off my gate was gone. Not very helpful.

Went great. Workers showed up on time, worked hard and quickly. Only criticism is they could have cleaned up after cleaning gutters out a bit better.

I had more gutter than it covered. That's the problem with some of the ads. Its sixty nine dollars,and they come out, and apply it against the final. I can't tell if their price is any less, than I bring someone out here. I expected that amount to cover more gutters, than I had. There were two workers, but I wasn't here when they came out. They followed up to make sure everything was exceptional. The only reason I gave a B. Some of the leaves didn't end up in bags, it was in the grass, and I had to pick them up. When they are wet, they kind of clump together.

I have used these a lot in the past but the last couple of times things haven'gone so well. The guys they send out are polite and seem to do a good of washing the windows. The problems don't show up until later when moisture collects on the windows in the early mornings. Then there are streaky patchy places where the moisture clings. It goes away as the day progresses and are impossible to see. I am sure they would come out and try to fix it but it wouldn't be visible. They are good about responding. The problem is how they deal with my window coverings and windows. I usually wind up going around and making sure all the windows have tightly closed and properly locked. We have Hunter Douglas honeycombed top down-bottom up shades. I always tell the guys that either top down or bottom up. Not both at the same time. With one guy I think it was a language problem. The other guy before didn't listen. Result was first guy broke one shade. Good thing it was being replaced so not a big deal. Second time different window and it may just be a defective blind, I don't know yet. However, he didn't get windows shut properly and a screen was not replaced properly. I just went around checked everything and fixed it. That said service is good but quality is slipping.

Scheduler was very nice and polite. Gentleman showed up on time and was very nice. Job was done quickly, well and site was left clean. Also did a small repair on a downspout for me. Would absolutely recommend.

All went great. Will continue to use this company in the future.

They were fast and on time. I offered the gentleman a check with for the work done and he had no problem taking it. Once they found out I had paid twice, they were prompt about refunding the money. I was happy with David, who cleaned my windows.

The man was on time, professional, and did a fair job. The windows looked pretty good except for squeegee marks that should have been wiped off with a cloth. They were not cleaned off when asked. The after-work skills of cleaning up and leaving things as they were found needed a bit of work, however. He left a window open and it was cold outside. It took awhile to warm up the house. And he did not return porch chairs to their home before leaving. I would hire again but ask that the cleanup and the squeegee marks be removed at the onset of the work period.
