Great! They were in and out promptly and one guy did it all. Hard worker.

Experience was great. Prompt, professional, speedy. Windows looked great. I had rigdon do 25 surfaces. Liked I could manage costs by doing some windows I could easily reach on my own.

worker tried to leave before gutters were cleaned. He proceeded to go around the entire house after I approached him. The owner called me to tell me he addressed the issue with his employee. I left a bad review for this company on Angie's List. I'm upgrading the grade of this service only because of the owner's phone call.

OK. I had hoped that by hiring some window cleaning, I could save myself any Fall effort on THOSE windows. However, on the windows I hired inside and outside cleaned, the window tracks were not cleaned at all, which meant I had to go back and do it. This window cleaning service is only the glass. On a good note, the young man who cleaned the windows was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. And he knew how to replace a missing shingle and place a rain diverter, for an extra fee, for which I was grateful at the time. They also cleaned out my gutters.

When Brandon discovered the problem he did the right thing, and matched up the downspouts according to fit versus color. He finished the work consulting our son, rather than stopping then leaving. We have to fix our error. That is better than having to reschedule the work.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Rigdon. The window cleaning was okay, but not great. The gutter cleaning is where I ran into several problems. At one point I was advised to hire someone else because they couldn't remove the cap so that the downspout and sump pump would flow properly. I only found this out because I called. No one called me and no note was left even acknowledging that my house was ever serviced. On a second trip out, I thought things would improve. They removed the blocked cap and recommended two gutter redirections. So on the third visit, no one showed up. I never received a phone call or acknowledgement, so once again I had to call to ask what happened. Then when the guy came out to replace the gutters, he didn't do the job like he said it would be done, and the product doesn't work like he said it would work. I cannot recommend this company. Poor communication, missed appointments, and questionable work.

The crew worked efficiently and hard to complete this large job. Because they arrived at the end of the two hour appointment window and the job was bigger than they expected, they had to come back a second day to complete the work. The storm windows were filthy and had to be removed from the inside in order to wash the outside of the windows. While the crew did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves, I did have to spot clean a few spots on the carpeting where the storm windows had been placed. Other than that, they did a nice job.

They were very professional, arrived on time, and did a great job. There were a couple of spots that I found that needed some attention and they came over promptly to fix them. Would hire again.

First: Rigdon's work crews were very polite, on time, informed me of what they were doing, and very responsive to any questions I asked. Second: The work was excellent. Gutters now running smoothly, windows sparkling & decking/ patio looking good. The pool deck and patio had not been cleaned in years and were very dirty. A big project. It turned out even better than I had hoped. Kudos. Third: their front/ back office was a pleasure to deal with. I received a prompt bid, scheduling was easily arranged to meet my needs, follow up reminder of upcoming service by email and phone and email contact after service seeking feedback. Their invoice method provides as one payment option a password payment portal. I used it and wish more companies I deal with had similar offerings. Easy and done. I will use them again based on the quality of the work and the value.

The washing was first-rate -- excellent job, no complaints. However, buyers should be aware that a window washer's/Angie's List use of the word 'window' is slightly misleading. In reality, what looks like a window to most people is regarded as 4 separate surfaces, not a single window. So a "window" cleaning in my case involved a charge for 4 surfaces -- not a single window -- plus an upcharge of $20 per storm window. So when the add says 20 windows, it really means 20 surfaces -- not 20 windows. For me, this meant that having 4 windows (plus an obviously deserving upcharge for 2 paned windows and a small leaded glass window) cost $203.

The Rigdon employee who came out to clean our windows was excellent. He was prompt, polite, friendly, and did a great, efficient job cleaning our windows.

I had an appt scheduled for gutter cleaning, they gave me a 3 hour window. At the 4 hour mark, I called to see what happened. They 1st said they had a later time slot marked down. After I had to prove to them that it was the time frame I stated, they then said the technician was running another hour behind due to the weather. I asked why no one bothered to call and let me know, they said, "Well, things happen. Would you like for the technician to come out or not." Needless to say, I requested a refund from Angie's list.
