Description of Work: I bought the window cleaning deal but also needed a power wash for the siding. Amy suggested that we power wash first and then clean the windows. It was a bit cold in the morning so they started a litte later than planned but got everything done before noon. Everything turned out beautiful; no dirty streaks on the house and the windows are sparkling clean. They did a great job!

Description of Work: Rigdon cleaned all my gutters from the Fall leaves. I have a high roof and I haven't cleaned many of the gutters since I had a new roof put on. They were very though and fast many sure that water flowed clear in the down spouts. I will use them once a quarter in the future.

Description of Work: I called the company on Tuesday and was very pleased that they could come out within a few days to clean my very dirty windows. We have a Colonial home with LOTS of windows. Most are double hung with panes (which are time-consuming to clean). All windows have storms and screens. We also have a screened in porch with sliding glass doors and glass transoms -- this room is our "living" room from May through September and having clean windows is a must! Rigdon gave us a time slot of 12:00 pm to 2:00, and kept us apprised of their time. They arrived about 1:30 with Chris' crew who turned out to be related to each other. Chris first went around the house to assess the job and checked with us about what we wanted done; one thing we asked was for them to do the house first and then work on the porch because we have cats who would dash out of the house as doors were open, etc. They agreed. We were then quoted the price for cleaning all windows and storms at $496.00. Yes it seems like a lot but its a big job and we do this only once a year. Windows that sparkle are so nice to have in the warm summer months. Chris estimated the job would take their crew of five about two hours. He was right: they were done before 4:00. They worked efficiently and carefully. Everyone on the crew was friendly and personable. Ted, we will hire them again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. They deserve an A rating and ought to be on Angie's Page of Honor. Rig don is a great company!

Description of Work: They were a little late getting there (I only had the lunch hour to get them started), but once they did, these guys were fast, efficient and very thorough. My windows are beautiful and everything got put back into place and cleaned up like they were never there. I had them leave the screens out so I could wash them also. What a difference! Thank you!
