Description of Work: I called for an estimate which was provided by phone. I contracted the job. An individual arrived the next day, cleaned the gutters & replaced a couple of downspouts. I waited until we had some rain to make a report. Not sure there was enough heavy rain to check it out but the gutters did not run over as usual. I will amend report if I see otherwise but I think they are cleared now.

Description of Work: I have used this company two times and have been very pleased with the work and the price. The work performed was gutter cleaning. The second time hired, the worker missed one short gutter. After calling the company about the missed gutter, a worker came out promptly within one day and cleaned the gutter.

Description of Work: I called to have my gutters cleaned. We setup a time of 10:00 to 11:00 am to do the work in three days from my call. Two young men showed up to do the cleaning. They were professional and courteous, but they did not come with a 40 foot ladder. They told me that they could do what they could reach or return another day with a 40 feet ladder and do it all at once. I chose to have them do what they could because my gutters were filled with leaves and branches. They did that and told me to call the office to reschedule. I called and rescheduled for the following week. I asked that the same team return so that they would know where they left off. When they returned they had the ladder they needed and continued the job. The first time they didn't have a hose and used buckets of water to clear the downspouts. They agreed to do this. Also, I had to remind them to finish the back of the house area that hadn't been done the first time because of the height. They did the best job of gutter cleaning I've had done in a long time. I've used several other people, both window washers who seemed to skim on the gutter cleaning even though I was paying them to do this. This team did their work well and responded to everything I asked. Like most work around your it is important that you watch to see the work is completed to your satification,
