I was told my kitchen drain needs fixed, so they tore up my basement floor only to tell me that I then need to have my front yard tore up as well. I then contacted the City of Indep., where they confirmed that the issue was not my responsibility but theirs. If I had not called Reddi Services would of gladly charged me for that as well. Now 3 years later I continue to have problems and had someone else tear up my floor drain only to find, Reddi Services put a PVC pipe and boot onto a heavily damaged pipe and called it a day! I contact them to discuss the problem and wait three days for someone to finally state, I am on the do not service list. Why? Because they knew they didn't correct the problem or because I was an unhappy customer before of their run around????? This is ridiculous and I hope not one else is scammed by this company!! Not to mention I have a small baby in the home as well that I am unable to use my kitchen sink to prepare meals for!!

Reddi was prompt, professional and polite. Explained everything and was quite thorough. We hired them for another job and would use them again!

Damion was very helpful in checking out a slow drain, and really put our minds at ease.

Damion and Jamil came out to clear the main line. Very professional and very respectful of my property and time. While there, I ended up requesting and buying the plan for HVAC check-ups and was able to get that work done, too. I trust Reddi Services and appreciate people such as Damion and Jamil who keep my house in good working order!

Zachary Shreve was my service specialist on the day my plumbing decided to back up again! I routinely have to have sewer work, old house, an addition, and pipes that go a few different places. Zach went into my crawlspace and for the first time found a avenue to do the work without moving the toilet. He showed us each step he was taking and we super appreciated that! He was honest, pleasant, and finished sooner than all the other techs previously. I will recommend Reddi services to all my friends and neighbors! Thanks so much Zach!

Second time I've had to use Reddi. My technician this time was Zach. My problem was a H2O leak in my basement utility room. Zach was on time, very professional & personal and didn't treat me like the plumbing idiot I am. And after diagnosing the problem I less than 5 minutes he told me how I could easily DIY the problem myself. Even though Reddi's prices are the fairest & most reasonable I've ever seen, I appreciated Zach helping me save a few $$. I'm a customer for life & have recommended Reddi to several friends & coworkers. Only giving them 5 Stars because I can't give them more!

I have used Reddi Services multiple times in the past. On this time Damion was very helpful and gave me several options to choose from to make sure that my plumbing problems were resolved in the most optimal outcome.

For a number of years, I have used Reddi Services for my drain issues and with a floor drain stopped up they were my first call. Daniel Schesser arrived at my house on time and fixed the issue quickly. He was very personable and professional making sure I was aware of the things he planned to do to resolve the drain problem. As always ... they got the job done !!

Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians.

Mr. Zach Shreve arrived in a very timely manner, got right to the job and had my problem diagnosed in short order. We discussed what was needed without being pushy trying to sell a job. I'm the one who took the initiative to go beyond the initial problem (actually saving me a possible problem in the future). Thank you Zach for a job well done. I will recommend him by name to others.

Damion Fassnacht with Reddi Services did a great job when I needed help with a backed-up utility sink. In addition to solving the problem quickly, Damion took time to explain what the root cause was and how the fix worked. I'm really, really happy that I called Reddi.

Excellent Service!! I placed a call for a broken kitchen faucet late Tuesday evening and had a technician out early the next morning. Josh Aune was extremely helpful and very detailed in explaining what caused the leaking from the faucet and worked to correct it, in addition to providing suggestions and pricing estimates to replace the unit. I will definitely keep their number handy and use their services for any future plumbing needs.

James at Reddi services did a great job. Very clean, polite and professional, all on a Sunday morning. Our house is now back in service!

We had a back up in our basement. The main drain to the sewer was clogged. We called Reddi Services again because we had used them three years ago. Simon was our tech then. This time Daniel Schesser came out. He was knowledgeable, polite, and quick to fix our problem. He pulled out a huge clump of nasty roots. Great guy and great company. 5 stars!

Reddi Services were called to repair a busted pipe and the plumber arrived 12/26/2022. He was to arrive between 2:00pm- 5:00pm. He actually arrive at 5:46pm and walked to our door at 5:52 per our camera system. He then proceeded to tell us he wanted to start in the basement to look for the leak and told us to turn our water on so he could find the leak. This was after we showed him the water damage to our main floor ceiling. We then asked him to start upstairs and he asked if we could leaving the water running which we did. He said he thought it was behind our washer. My husband turn the water off to the house and the plumber cut the wall. He then yelled out I found the leak but he needed to go to Home Depot. I took a look at the completely broken pipe and asked him why there was no water damage at which he stated " I don't know". He came back with the pipe and "fixed the pipe" Asked us to turn the water back on and the water continued to leak everywhere. He then said he could come back the next day because there are multiple leaks. We asked for the estimate and he would not provide one, then stated he charged "175.00 per hour and it would be a all day job. After he left I thought about it and had my husband call to cancel. We scheduled another plumber and he stated "the leak was not behind our washer, and the previous plumber broke the pipe as he did not see any water damage. He found the leak which was on the first floor in the ceiling and were the water was pooling and did not tell me to turn my water on to find the leak. My husband was sent a bill from Reddi Services for 221.45. I spoke with Gina Law who stated she was the manager and informed her I was not paying for the damage her plumber did and sent her pictures of her plumber's work as well as the work invoice done by the other plumbing company. She did not apologize for her plumbers lack of integrity nor his signing the invoice with an X. Please see documents. The plumber's name is Nathan Peppers.

Levi showed up promptly, listened to my description of our problem and got to work. Thoughtful and respectful and careful.

Lucas and Damion were awesome when they came to help us with our sewer needs. The project was larger than anticipated but they stayed over time and worked so hard to find a solution. We were very impressed at their dedication and customer service and fully trust in them for future services if needed.

Ready fix the broken line between the foundation wall and septic tank in about five hours. They did a good professional job. We are back online, start to finish in less than a day. Polite workers, good price I would highly recommend them.

Tom discussed what I would want in a heater and why he recommended the brand he did. They arranged the appointment and arrived on time. The gentlemen installing the unit were friendly, polite, and informative. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured I understood what they did and that everything worked before they left.

Johnson County DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE. They are not local and they are not reputable. Be ready to get taken advantage of. No communication. Poor business practices. Brandon, the Service Tech took advantage of my wife, who was home alone and was unaware of the issue. He had her sign something while she was on a meeting, as she works from home, took a look at 2 toilets for a total of 10 minutes and slapped her with a $250 bill. When she asked to use a coupon that was advertised on their website, he told her NO and refused to leave my kitchen until he was paid in full. I called the number I scheduled the appointment with and they said they cannot get in direct contact with the Technician at my house. VERY scary. When my wife called me back, I asked to speak to him as he argued everything that I just overheard him say and stated, "call Danny he is the Boss" and hung up. VERY unprofessional and inappropriate. My wife was intimidated and in fear, so she just paid him to get him out of the house and for her safety. Michael at the Office couldn't care less and Danny Gravatt, who is the Brains of the Operation cannot be reached. Unless you're a meathead bodybuilder that likes to fight or an off-duty member of Law Enforcement, DO NOT CALL!!!! These guys should not be in business. PERIOD. Also, Service Tech was dispatched from 30 miles east in Independence.

Reddi Services have come to the rescue once again! Today we had Damion and Dalton out to find out why we had a backup. In a 100 year old house, your mind quickly jumps to the worst possible outcome. While we had visions of large equipment and a ripped up yard, these two gentlemen stepped in and saved the day! They fixed the issue in record time and didn't charge us an arm and a leg! We will be calling Reddi Services for all our plumbing needs!

Justin Thompson did an excellent job. He is a great representative for Reddi Services. Hard working, honest and he cares about customers.
