A friend of mine referred me to reddi services. I had a what I consider to be an emergency in the bathroom with my toilet 😁 within 10 minutes of calling (super nice lady on the phone) I had to call that I was next in line and someone would be here within 30 minutes. I found out there's no extra service fee corner basically anything for them to come to my house. They do heating and cooling and plumbing and still looks like everything else. David Wilson, bless him, was my guy that day. He was young and I was concerned at first. He's a very smart young man, he explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. We even had a few laughs. I don't think I could give a higher rating to a company. Your employees are wonderful and yourprices are more than fair and I appreciate the military discount. Thank you and you have a new customer, thank you David! Cheers!

Technician was on time. He gave me an estimate of $307 for the above replacement, citing 1-1/2 hrs of labor. He was finished in less than 30 mins, yet the cost wasn’t lowered. He also left a mess on my dryer (should’ve covered it or cleaned up after the job was completed) and used one of my 5 gallon Lowe’s buckets to catch the gunk that came out of the pipe and just left it there on the floor for me to deal with. $300+ is robbery for the “service” he provided, and I was left to clean up his mess. Very dissatisfied and not doing business with them again.

The project was reviewed, an estimate was provided and a time to start tbe project was set. The person was over an hour late! Then twice the person made 2 trips to HD for parts! The project that was suppose to take 2 hrs, took 6 hrs! Tbe person then charged more than the set price. The issues were discussed with the customer service manager. More than 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund and a promised gift card! If anyone knows the owner, please let me know.

Called this outfit a month ago for a clogged driveway drain leading into my basement. They said someone would call right back but it never happened. We are getting 4 inches of rain over the next 48 hours, so I took the day off work today and called again and requested same-day emergency service to clear it before my basement fills with water. Was told someone would be here today and they would call 30 mins before arrival. By late afternoon I was getting nervous so I called. Was told someone would call me right back. So now, as my basement is literally filling up downstairs and I just turned my sump pump on, it's 8:00 pm and I'm kind of thinking they aren't going to make it. Reddi, if I treated my bosses the way you treat your customers, I would be fired. So tonight I'm firing you as a company that I ever call for service again. And I'm leaving this review on every corner of the webisphere. You owe me a vacation day and a dry basement.

Well, this company has very little respect for you time. I ordered a camera inspection 2 days in advance. They gave me a window of arrival between 6am-11am. When I called to check the status at 12:30 pm they told me they'll eventually get to me tonight. The evenings didn't work for me so I rescheduled for "FIRST CALL" the following day. I still got a window of 6am - 11am. I called again this time at 9:30am to check the status and still no ETA. Please do yourselves a favor and explore other options for plumbers in Kansas City.

technician arrived at appointed time. He was very personable, clean, polite to my elderly mother and mid-age sister; explained his processes and understood the work to be done. His name: Colin Coble (?) non judgmental of our basement. Did an excellent job. Strongly recommended.

I highly recommend Joel Bailey at Reddi Services. I am 86 years old and live in a 20 year-old mobile home. My furnace broke down and weather conditions were for rain, sleet, snow, and freezing temperatures. I called and Joel Bailey arrived in the next hour! There were multiple problems and he worked until he finally had it working and saved me from being homeless! Anne. (Posted for my grandmother, who isn't the most tech savvy. She wrote the review, but I promise she wouldn't have been homeless!)

It went very well! I woke before work to find my furnace blowing cold air and the temperature of the house dropping. I called Reddi Services located at 4011 Bonner Industrial Dr. To my surprise they answered! I talked to a woman named Lisa, who was very responsive and polite. She told me we were their first stop shortly after the service specialists were done with their meeting, and that she would call to let me know when someone was on his way. 30 minutes later she let me know, and shortly after that, Joel Bailey arrived at our house. Joel was very knowledgable and professional, and after inspecting the furnace and thermostat, he identified the problem almost immediately. It was a fairly quick fix that I would have never figured out on my own, and I learned something new. Thanks, Joel!

Our installer (Paul Olson) was professional and courteous. He came out on a Sunday night (no extra fee) and didn't have time to do the complete job so he came back Monday morning at 9am. He found the issue and fixed it within an hour. Any time we have had a plumbing issue it always sets us in a little panic mode but we are thankful we called Reddi Services. We would definitely call them again if the need arose!

Vince and Cesar were very professional, quick and knowledgeable about their job. They were very friendly and I could tell they enjoyed the work they do. I would definatey trust them for future services if ever needed.

Ian was very prompt, efficient and friendly, explaining what the problem was and what was needed as he went. He had to go to the parts store to get the parts, came back and quickly finished the repair. It was quite pricey but I know he did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time.

Courtney Miller was the Service Specialist that came to our home to take care of a clogged kitchen sink. This young man was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. After asking questions to determine exactly what we had tried prior to his arrival he determined the best course of action was not to try and use the snake directly down the sink, but into the PVC line in the basement leading outside. It took awhile before he cleared out the clog in the line, making sure nothing leaked out onto our basement floor. After having me run hot water into the sink for quite awhile to insure the line was fully cleared, he suggested how we could use basic maintenance to keep the drain running clean in the future. Courtney is a great representative for your company and I will contact him again for any future problems.

Matthew Pickett was over in less than an hour and a half. We called Reddi because the company that discovered the problem was much more expensive than Reddi. Matthew was very professional and super nice. Because of that we have decided to have then take care of our rentals here in Overland Park.

Perfectly! And with the best skill I could imagine. A resourceful plumber! I was very impressed. I was given false information about the complicated "fix" that was needed due to corrosion on a connection and the seller of the washer was not at fault. I thought I would have to tear out a wall to get this problem solved. Not so. The plumber that came cut off the threaded end and took off the old hose without having to damage the wall behind the shut off valve. I was thrilled.
