Found the hot water heating spewing water. Within a couple of hours, Addison from Reddi Services was there. We needed a replacement, which he did within a very short period of time. Addison was efficient, patient with my questions, and respectful of my house. Two days later, our air conditioner wasn't cooling, the afternoon before a predicted heat wave. Vince showed up and started the process of diagnosing the problem. So blessed that the last time we had our air conditioner serviced, Joel recommended a cleaning/coverage plan. Thanks to that, the clogged hose was replaced, the entire unit checked out and cleaned, all at no charge. We've used Reddi Services for years. Wouldn't think of switching!

Both time were great. The sink repair was done for less than 1/2 what another company had quoted. The faucet problem was corrected without out my having to replace it (which is what I was prepared to do). Their technicians were efficient and professional.

We had them come out last month to check our main drain as it was backed up. Simon was exceptional and he was able to clear the drain and provide helpful info. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful. Jim was a professional and friendly. He did the job quickly. The vanity that I purchased from Lowe’s was broken, so I had to take it back. Jim was so nice and understanding. I rushed to get another vanity. Jim put it in and then he took the old stool and sink AND the boxes with him. He did an excellent job. I will be asking for him when I remodel my other bathroom.

Good! The technician Eric Scott came in with a good attitude, very nice and helpful he went right to work on his assignment, real serious about getting the job done.

Work completed quickly and without issues

We had an event (wedding) at our ranch, and two hours before the start , the septic backed up and none of the plumbing worked. Reddi services told us they would be there if they could but since it was short notice maybe not. They were there 20 minutes later, drained the septic and saved the day for the bride (and us!) Professional office staff and site staff (Richard) Would highly recommend to anyone!

We have always had great results with ReddiServices! David Wilson was our technician and he did a great job. He was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions no matter how big or small. He did a great job replacing our old steel pipes to new PVC. Excellent customer service.

Our AC went out on a Monday night - Reddi Services sent someone out that evening but before the tech, Joel, could get to our house it started raining so he had to reschedule for the next morning. He said he'd be here first thing Tuesday and he was! He quickly figured out that our AC and furnace all needed to be replaced (it was nearing 20 years old so this was not a shock) and gave us options ranging from a temporary, more affordable fix to the top of the line option. He happily gave a verbal report to our home warranty company which took much longer than expected and worked with us on making the best decision for us. We decided to replace the system and Joel got us in as quickly as possible, giving us pointers on how to stay cool and get our unit to keep chugging along for the few days until our appointment. Joel, Mark, and Matt were the technicians that came to install - they showed up early, were quick and efficient, and kept us up to date during the install. They were in and out in about 6 hours! They did a great job and we would highly recommend Reddi Services!

This was for. a couple that was having difficulties. Our Life Group had agreed to pay for the services as water had backed up in the basement. The gentleman came to the home, went through his procedures and ascertained there were no services needed - and DID NOT CHARGE for his time!! Amazing. Market Distinction: REDDI Services! Our entire Life Group has entered this company into their phones for next time. AMAZING!

Great service! We've used Reddi for plumbing for years. Just recently called them for an HVAC for the first time, and service was just as good as their wonderful plumbers. The guys who have come over the years are friendly, prompt, professional, and get the job done. The last visit was Matt (for troubleshooting) and Joel (to do a major fix) and they were both great. Helped with our warranty claim and pointed out a few things for us to keep in mind down the road.

I was quoted 1 price on the phone & charged more from the tech. He was professional & nice but charged more than I was quoted. Plus receipt that was emailed to me didn’t explain services & didn’t show I paid $89. Then he drove off my driveway & left ruts in my yard. The service was good but price needs to be same as quoted on phone. & receipt to show what I paid. I called & was told a supervisor would call me back but hasn’t. Pictures are my torn up yard.

Absolutely fabulous! As always when we call Reddi-Services, they sent us an angel, a personal Reddi-Hero in the person of one Mr. Eric Scott. Eric was amazing! He talked me down from my plumbing induced hysteria, and fixed the problem in mere moments. He snaked the drain, presented the roots that were causing the problem, and then suggested I bleach the garage floor. Problem solved! Thank you Eric and Reddi-Services for providing prompt, professional, and perfectly-priced miracles!

He was polite and explained what he was doing. He answered questions in a way that was respectful. He wore shoe coverings. All around it was well done.

It was installed in a short time frame, this was in a Beauty Shop, it cannot operate without Hot Water, so it was installed in the evening. The service was much appreciated, there wasn't any interruption in Service. Don did a good and neat job, Thanks Thanks

Matthew Pickett came to the house within an hour of my calling on a Sunday morning, cleaned the furnace and got it running within about 20 minutes and didn't charge me anything because we had previously purchased a service agreement. When he was finished he answered a wide range of home equipment maintenance and repair questions and checked the thermostat a second time when the furnace didn't start up as quickly as I thought it should and the furnace has been working perfectly ever since.
