Description of Work: I had Reddi Services out several times over the summer, and the last time was around October, for the same problem. Some of the technicians seemed to be more experienced than others and knew exactly what to do so that it did not take a long time to fix (they charge by the hour). The problem occurred over and over until I finally had them remove the house trap, which was over $2,000 but worth it since I have not really had any problems since then. Also, I did not receive a free service on one of their visits following a separate visit even though their policy is to not charge for service if they have to come out within 30 days from the last service. Otherwise most of the techs were great and very respectful of the house and trying not to damage floors etc.. with their large equipment and kept the mess to a minimum.,

Description of Work: The technician arrived at about 4pm after a grueling day that started early in the morning. Nevertheless, he quickly diagnosed the problem. I had turned off the main supply of water to the house to repair a lavatory shut off valve. When I went to turn it back on, the handle snapped off and I was unable to turn it back on. The tech installed a new and much improved water shut-off system. When the water was again turned on, the pressure blew out two lavatory shut--off valves that had been improperly installed (not by the tech but by me). The tech immediately turned the water off and promptly and properly fixed the problem. The cost of the service was very reasonable and the manner of the technician was very professional.
