I called Reddi Services after my cold shower to schedule a service call for my water heater. I suspected that the water heater was going to need to be replaced. I was told that they could have a service tech out by late morning and that they would call when the tech was on the way--which they did. The tech arrived as promised and quickly went about checking the water heater. It was determined that it would need to be replaced. I approved the estimated cost and it wasn't too long after that the new unit was in and the old one removed. The tech cleaned up the area and did a final check of the new one to be sure it was working properly. He prepared the invoice and thanked us for our business.

The service was good. Everything is still working fine. They also came quickly and on time.

The experience was fine and they did a good job. They are always prompt and knowledgeable.

I had used them several times before. They did the best job that they could. However, the line was broken so they could not clear it out the way they hoped. They could also not put a guarantee on it but I understood.

They did a good job. They put plastic on the floor to protect our flooring and carpet.

The same guy who installed the AC unit 3 years ago came out and tuned up the AC for us and now it is working perfectly. He always seems to know exactly what to do. I hope all their employees are as good as him, because he does a great job. I wouldn't use anyone else for AC service.

I didn't like the work that they did. They charged me more for maintenance afterwards. I will not use them again in the future

The woman on the phone in the office did a great job helping me diagnose the problem prior to sending a technician. From the symptoms it appeared there was a leaking pipe under the concrete in my basement. The technician said that he should at least give snaking a try prior to doing any more serious work. It took over an hour of snaking to finally get the plugged pipe unclogged. The clog was very far down the line near the sewer entrance but he didnt give up. I have had no problems since the service was performed a month ago.

They unblocked the drain. No further problem since.

I thought they were professional and I did not feel pressured. The technician gave me 3 options to fix the problem. he described the benefits of each and let me choose what I wanted to do.

They were very professional and punctual. They did the job and presented a reasonable fee for the time and materials involved.

Typically I like to use very small Ma and Pa type contractors. But I make an exception with Reddi Services. I have used them for three other projects in the past and they ALWAYS return my calls and have alway shown up the same day to provide a bid and complete the work. They do not take it personnally if you decide not to use them. All four of the plumbers who showed up on my various projects were all very friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The most recent one (Jason) replaced about 4 feet of a cast iron plumbing stack in the basement of one of my houses with PVC. He provide a lump sum quote on the spot and had the job completed about an hour and a half later. He made sure to thoughly strap the stack so it wouldn't come crashing into the basement (about 15 feet of cast iron stack was above the bad section that he cut out - a job not for the meek). As he continued to cut the pipe, I kept inching away from Jason's work area and I was ready to run if I started to hear creaking :). If you want someone quick and reliable call Reddi Services.

They responded well and came out at about 10.30 or 11 at night. The serviceperson was really good. We bought a furnace check-up package. We later had an unrelated issue and tried to call them on a Saturday or Sunday night and we were under one of their plans. They wouldn’t even answer the phone or come out. All that we got was an answering service. We were really disappointed. We ended up calling somebody else on the Sunday after. We also ended up canceling the contract. I would think twice before using them again.

these two jobs were done with by professionals.....Both jobs went smoothly, no problems....except extra work needed for Hot Water Heater....Hot water heater was larger around than old one....but however, worker knew exactly what to do and had to put in extra time to make hot water fit.....but didn't not charge extra....friendly workers... both explained what they were doing, how the new heater and water heater worked differently than old ones.....very much appreciated since some workers feel women wouldn't understand anyway so why explain to a woman!!! Very much appreciated knowledge on how to light furnace and also, the temperature range on the hot water heater.. and how to adjust it for hotter or cooler water! FANTASTIC WORKERS!

Just had hot water tank installed within two weeks prior with this company. Technician was rude and snotty. Took a very long time. I went downstairs to check on the progress and saw he was working in the dark (between a wall and furnace). I said I assumed he had his own lighting, and he responded if he used his drop light he would just "cook". It was an air conditioned basement. I offered to get a lamp, and he snapped back "don't worry about it". Current experience: discovered water pipe leaking in basement. Called at 6:00 pm. Was told by Wendy that a "technician" would be right out. Over an hour later, I called and talked to Wendy again at the dispatch office to see if I had been forgotten, and she assured me someone was on their way. After 11:00 pm I called again and she said someone would be right out. A man did show up eventually, spotted the leak, turned off the water, and said it would cost $250, to replace a small section of copper pipe. I expressed my surprise that it would cost so much to replace such a small section of pipe that was easily accessable and that I didn't like that I had to wait over 5 hours when I was being told "someone is one the way". He said "you know what, I'm leaving. I'm not going to do the work" and marched out the door. I called dispatch and asked Wendy for the man's name and she refused to give it to me. Wendy told me I had already been reported to the supervisor for being rude to her and hanging up on her???? and for being rude to the technician. She said I had no right to treat him that way????? and that this information was going in my file. Wait a minute? Am I a paying customer or in high school. I'm still scratching my head over this one, but I know I'll never call them again for service, or recommend them

Job at rental house went O.K. He got the drain clear. I've have asked them to come and clean out an old tile drain under my house. Tell you how it goes when they are done ! Price $185.00 which ain't cheap but the estimator they sent to look the job over seemed to know what he was doing. So I told him go ahead. He'd left his big equipment at home and said he'd come back on Tuesday, July 6th, 2010 to do the job.

Great! I felt comfortable having their staff at my house and knew they'd clean up after themselves. We were overall very pleased with all of the services they provided, we will refer others to them, and we will definitely use them again!

Sad to say I won't be using these people again. I have used them in the past with some success but this time I made an appointment for them to come within a 4 hour time frame. They failed to show up or call. I called and they said they would come the next morning during a 2 hour window. Again, they did not show up or call. A day later they called to reschedule me and I had to say I wasn't going to use them anymore.

Troy was so helpful using the camera in the sewer line to show us the break in the line which was causing our problem and then using the locator on the camera to identify where exactly in the yard the break had occurred. We were also pleased and very impressed that on the same day, before he left, he was able to provide us with a bid in writing for repairing the break in the line. He fully explained the scope of work and scheduling and how long it would take. He was able to tell us how to prepare the yard for the job as well, which was very important to us because our yard is fully landscaped and we needed to move the plants and rock walls first. He said to call when we were ready and we could schedule a time which would be convenient for us. On the day we scheduled for you to begin the work, John and Alan were on time, friendly, courteous, happy to answer questions and amused rather than annoyed that we were taking pictures as they worked. The precision and capability using the backhoe to dig the hole, while taking care not to damage our trees, plants and foundation was impressive and greatly appreciated. When we realized that repairing the break was going to require more digging than could have been anticipated, they even helped us to move more of our rock walls and plants so they could be replaced when the work was done. They explained each new step and always made us feel comfortable with what was happening. As this was our front yard that was being dug up, we appreciated their reassurances. When they left at the end of the day, everything was repaired and our water and sewer system was completely functioning. The following day, Cody and Wayne arrived to complete the job. Again, they were on time, friendly, courteous and patient with our questions. They did a careful and perfect job filling in the trench once it had passed inspection and cleaned up the driveway, yard, sidewalk and the street where the truck had been parked with the bulldozers. At each point, they made sure that we were satisfied with the clean up before they moved on to the next area. Gina was very helpful in scheduling and then arranging for payment. We were also relieved that despite the extra digging which became necessary, the bid remained accurate. The job was much more affordable than we had anticipated as well. There is nothing that could have been done more satisfactorily. We dreaded this work being done and yet, except that it had to be, it was a pleasure working with all of you and we highly recommend all of you and Reddi Services to everyone we know.

Again, they did an amazing job. We would highly recommend this company to everyone for any kind of plumbing, drain, heating and cooling work.
