They were there when they said they would be. Unclogged toilets quickly. Good overall experience.

The plumber came into my house very quickly after I called to request the service. Both repairs were completed within the hour. The plumber advised me on what the problem was with the garbage disposal and how I could repair that in the future on my own. He also advised me that the problem resulted from wear in the grinding blades and that eventually I would have to replace the garbage disposal. He told me that they could provide me when I asked that he could provide a garbage disposal but it would be less expensive for me to buy the disposal on my own. I really appreciated the care he took in doing a good job and looking at the jobs from my perspective. Both the garbage disposal and the toilet have worked fine since the repairs were done. I have already called Reddi Services again about performing other plumbing services.

the initial appt was made and they came out to look at my situation.the first time they were on time and gave estimate.we scheduled another appt to get the job done.after several miscommunications in scheduling, the worker arrived and completed the job in a timely manner..iwas not pleased with the lateness ,however the owner called me and we discussed the events that transpired .i was very pleased with his concern and his responses to my questions..i would use them again

They were close and have really good ratings on Angie's List. It was actually one guy and he did the job.

Came to look at old water heater, suggested new one as old was difficult to get parts for. Labor and cost of new was reasonable compared to cost of repairs. Completed as promised. Reused for heater inspection. Will use again

The Reddi representative was quick, performed work as requested, and was courteous and professional. Overall, a great experience and I would use them again.

It was extremely efficient and trouble free. I called on a Sunday and he came out in 2 hours and the problem was completely fixed in 20 minutes. Very polite and friendly transaction from beginning to end. Excellent service.

This is the worst service i can recall ever receiving from any company. After two no call no shows and the late third appointment I spent 5 and 1/2 hours waiting for these people. It cost me $59.00 for all this time and less than five minutes of labor. This was not a 'Big Deal'. It was a very 'BAD DEAL' made worse by their complete indifference for the inconveniences they caused. I feel at the very least I am entitled to a full refund of $59.00.

basement floor drain had backed up twice in less than three months. 1st company cleared the line and ran a camera recommending replacing part of the line and that a a liner for the entire line would save money in the future by preventing future repair. The cost was variable based on a number of factors. In seeking additional estimates, Reddi Services came out and based on my description of the assessment from the other company gave me a firm written estimate to repair the line and did not recommend the liner, which would have more than doubled the cost. Reddi said they would re camera the line to make sure of the assessment however (a 3rd company that came out said the same thing but would have charged $200 to re camera the line). I did have to make a callback to get the work scheduled initially and the first day the crew arrived very late, then had to wait for the utility lines to be marked and had not planned to camera the line. Too late in the day to then start so postponed for the next day, but then arrived early and on time and completed the job with no problems. Had to remove portions of chain link fence to get equipment in back yard as well as where they were digging but replaced very well and replaced it very nicely. Very satisfied with this company, would have them back and recommend to others.

It turned out a bigger job than I thought it would, which was fine. He did a really nice job. It took him about 3 hours. I was really pleased with his work. He was out here on a Friday to look at it, came back on Monday and had it done. He was on time and cleaned up well after himself.

I have two furnaces. The technician showed up on time, and explained the services he would perform. He showed me items that needed future care without trying to sell me additional services. Very pleased with the professionalism of this service and will definitely use again.

It went very well. I thought about whether I wanted to spend the money to fix it right or whether I wanted to limp along with the problem. I thought about it a few days, called them and asked them to go ahead and schedule a time to fix it right. They are coming back in a week to put in a new pipe.$2100. Nobody wants to spend money on a pipe in the backyard, but I feel OK about it, I know they will do it right and ill be done with it

I bought the furnace cleaning/inspection service through Angie's List and the service was performed the same week. He was on time, very considerate, put on shoe coverings for the carpet even though I didn't mind, answered all of my questions and gave me some great advice on self maintenance. Even though their main address is in KS he came from Gladstone so it is nice to know they are close up North if needed in the future.

It went excellent.....especially the visit on Thanksgiving Day. He arrived quickly once I called and I was able to have my sink drain cleared so I could do dishes.

Shortly before Thanksgiving, my mom's basement had water in it that was coming from the floor drain. I called Reddi Services on a Saturday morning and the plumber was there soon thereafter. He augured out the floor drain all the way to the main line to clean out large tree roots. He also cleaned out the washer drain pipe. Overall, he did a really good job and now my mom is happy with all her drains.

I received a facebook note from a friend that the company was running a $49 Black Friday HVAC Tune-Up Special that could be ordered and completed that day. I called before the deadline, they were out to my house within an hour of the call and had the work done in 45 minutes. The service guy, Rick, was professionally dressed and quickly and efficiently completed the tune-up, replaced the filters and a capacitor on the motor. The prices on the filters were reasonable and the special price was excellent.

The drain cleaning service was thorough and successful. The plumber was extremely polite, helpful and professional. There was some mess after cleaning the bath tub. He needed to borrow a cloth and cleaning spray so I think the mess was accidental. I needed to clean the bathroom thoroughly afterwards to remove black spray stains. Both drains are running well 6 weeks later. The plumber also cleared my sink faucet which had poor flow (without me having to ask) but this has since clogged up again. They offered me a refund of approximately ten dollars on the Angie's list deal price as they did not perform the video camera line inspection.

Company was very responsive. Responded very quickly to calls. When presented with competitor's bid, they adjusted their price.

Two guys came to do the inspection (maybe one was the mentor and the other the student). Both were very professional and cordial. They replaced the filter and cleaned and inspected the furnace. They mentioned that the furnace was in excellent condition. They alerted me to one small potential problem: There was some rust coming down the plastic pipe on the side of the furnace which may indicate that the pan on the a/c coil may have a crack in it and be leaking. I wrote it down and they said to have it checked come next spring or summer. He did mention getting on a service plan with them, but he did not pressure me at all. This Angie's List deal was an EXCELLENT deal - $59 for a furnace cleaning,inspection, and filter replacement.

There was some initial confusion over the address at where this was to be done, but this was resolved with a single phone call, and then the work was done almost immediately and very well. When this needs to be done again, I'll be calling them back up.

He was very accommodating and agreed to take a look. He first took care of the drain work and all was fine. He then moved to the bathroom work. On the plus side, he was able to get the shut off valves installed and he fixed the leaks. On the minus side, he put the faucet back together incorrectly - you had to turn the hot water handle clockwise to turn the water on rather than counterclockwise. He told me that was because Delta had put the faucet together incorrectly when it was initially shipped from the factory four years ago and, in fact, had included "two cold water side handles." He claimed that when it was put together correctly with the wrong parts Delta had supplied, the handle simply had to turn the wrong way. He said I needed to get the right part and that should take care of it. It just didn't make sense to me and it turned out he was flat wrong. After he left, I called Delta and they talked me through the fix, which took me about 2 minutes to complete. Further on the minus side, he did not reattach the sink stopper / lever mechanism, which I found out only after I'd put all of the under-sink items back in their place. Finally, he did not leave the area around the faucet or the area under the sink dry, so when I first saw the areas after he'd left, I thought there were still leaks. It turned out to be OK but you would not have known that from the way it was left. The plumber was a nice guy and appeared to be very conscientious but I question how capable he really was. I would not use this company again.

When service was completed, he charged us $457, which was required immediately. My partner gave him a check for the payment. When my partner called with concern about the excessive amount of this bill, I called the company immediately to inquire about the break-down of this charge (itemized, which we did not get). I spoke with a manager named Gene and he told me he would check with the technician and call me back on the following Monday (I was calling on a Friday). I did not receive a return call and therefore cancelled the check. I did not receive a return phone call for 11 days. At that time, he was only willing to read me the written narrative from the technician that I already had as it was given to us at the time of the visit. I again asked for the amount to be itemized. He said he would have to call me back. He called 3 days later. By this time, he had learned that I cancelled the check. He scolded me for doing this without attempting to work with him. I had to remind him that I called the day of the service and that it took him 11 days to return my call. He explained that he had spoken with his general manager and they had agreed to take off $100. He further told me I had 2 choices: 1-to pay the reduced amount OR 2-be turned over to collections. I again simply asked him for the 3rd time, that I needed to understand the charge and wanted it itemized. He told me he would send it to me in the mail. I received the revised bill within a week, but still no itemization. It simply had the written narrative from the technician that again, I already had. At this point, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. Responses from the company were slow and the first one included further scolding that explained that I should not have accepted the service if I did not like the quote I received prior to the service. I had to explain that there was no quote. I finally received an itemization of the charges. It included $120 for the 1/2 pound of Freon. Upon research, I learned that retail for a 1/2 pound of Freon is about $15. Upon the 3rd correspondence through the BBB with the company, I finally received an apology for the unprofessional behavior I had received from the company. We were able to settle on an amount to my satisfaction and the case was finally closed. I then hired another company to follow up with the boiler and have the safety valve installed and the replacement of the bell valve that was suggested by Reddi Services. I learned that the boiler already has a newer safety valve that was working fine. I further learned that the bell valve was legitimately leaking because the system had way too much water in it. Apparently, it is the function of the bell valve to release water in this case. This new technician drained water from the system and everything is working properly. My partner who was there the day the technician from Reddi Services visited later told me that the Reddi Services technician ran water in the system.

They are excellent to work with. I own a couple of rental properties and this company does all my HVAC, plumbing and drain cleaning work. On this particular project, the previous HVAC company had really messed up the system and there was no heat or air getting to the second story. They had to remove a bunch of flex piping and put in the correct type of rigid stainless steel ductwork. It was a big job that they completed in the time they estimated and for the price they quoted. I've used them on several other smaller jobs since and appreciate the way they work with the tenants to resolve issues, but checking with me before they perform unnecessary work or work I can do for the tenant myself. It helps manage my cash-flow.
