He was very knowledgeable and explained what could happen if the ring broke when the toilet was removed. The toilet is 50 years old and has a castiron ring. He suggested replacing the guts but not the toilet which not only cost less but fixed the problem.

Damon was professional and polite cleaned drain and cleaned up after himself. Went 20 feet out and drain was clear asked him to run 100 feet out to make sure nothing else was in the line he said ok.

Highly recommend you call them also. (BTW, we have yet to hear back from the nationally know company since we told them they had not completed their job.)

The technician, Justin T. successfully snaked the drain and cleared sink. We live in a very old farmhouse and the plumbing is not installed conventionally but he understood and did a great job. Justin was very friendly and professional. We have used Reddi Services several times before and always had a good experience. Twice, the technician called us to let us know they were running late due to another issue that was taking more time than they thought and we appreciated the update.

I had tried to replace the supply line to my toilet in my basement. When water was turned on it was leaking badly. I decided to call Redi since I have used them for other plumbing jobs. They came out and fixed the leak within 10 minutes of arriving. They know their stuff and are always polite and get the job done right.

It was a great they were fast & personable .. We did have to wait for the City inspectors for a couple of hours which was a bummer ,but the services received were excellent!! The guys were great could not have asked for a better crew...

I had a service call that I felt wasnt satisfactory and left a review. The next day i got a call from Gina asking if she could send out a supervisor to see what the issues were. Dan came out looked at the job, He gave me an estimate .told me he would have a crew out the next day to get the job done. Mike showed up the next day and completed the work .Dan is a man of his word and did exactly as he said he would. Reddie svs.will take the time to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Simon came out and spent a lot of time looking at the plumbing in our 40 year old house. He found the sources of the problem and said repairs would need to be performed and asked I wanted to have someone come out and provide and estimate. Jay came out the next morning and looked at the situation described by Simon and gave us a couple of options to solve the problem. He saved us a lot of money that another plumber might have charged us to do the job differently. Both men were very professional, polite and showed up on time. In addition they both wore masks while in our house.

Joel was our Reddi serviceman that completed our bi-annual inspection in September. He was very thorough and informative when completing the inspection process. As a customer, I would highly recommend him and Reddi given his professionalism and care. A+ in our books!

It was the same day scheduled call. They called when the technician was on the way. He was professional and got right to work. He tidied up after himself and made sure that everything was in working order before he left. He knew the price it would be and that I was a preventive maintenance member.

It went as expected. If you hire this company be sure to let them know you are a member or have a coupon if applicable. The quote on the phone was 154 with 20 off or 134. I mentioned the special they had on Angies List for 99 and the person I spoke with was not aware of it. When the tech arrived I showed it to him and they honored it.

Brendan Tully from Reddi Services handled the problem readily though the drain was badly clogged. He was upbeat, friendly and answered all questions cheerfully. It couldn't have gone better. Would gladly have Reddi Services and Brendan back should I need it.

Very prompt and friendly people. The roots were removed immediately and parts are ordered to finish the shower issue. I will call them again for sure to handle my plumbing problems. Great experience and reasonable rates.
