We have an alarm in our basement that goes off when one of the tanks is full-it rarely goes off but when it does ALL water usage has to stop. We called around to septic pumpers in our area and no one could either come out or even answered the phone. We called Reddi Services and they said they'd be out today. They did a great job, the technician was professional and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling Reddi Services again!!

Once the provider arrived the work was excellent. The company did not keep me informed about when the service would be provided. I stayed home waiting 3 days, I had to call the company for any form of contact. The service I got when they arrived was excellent.

This company did some work on the pipes for the sprinkler system last year. I had noticed it was leaking and notified them. They came out and said they couldn't find the leak but would note it in their system. I turned on the sprinkler system this spring and the whole thing blew apart. I immediately called the company and they assured me they'd take care of it. It took several texts and calls and 4 weeks later, a repairman came out. I had not gotten a second opinion because they had said they'd take care of it (since they'd worked on it last year). I still cannot believe that the guy charged me $500. I posted a photo on Facebook and also in my neighborhood newsletter, alerting people that they should get a second or third opinion before letting anybody do their work and also warning them about this company. I even sent a letter to the company and gave them back a couple of gift cards that they'd mailed out to us. I told them how disappointed I was in their price and that I would never use them again. They did not call, write or e-mail any response at all so I will continue to warn neighbors and friends against them. I am very disappointed in them because we had given that company a lot of work since the usual guy seemed nice and we trusted him. Never again!

My experience with Reddi Services did not go well due to being scheduled for Sunday and two days later still not having the work accomplished.

We were having some water backup in both of our showers. I assumed we needed to root the drain for hair or some blockage. Tom Allen arrived from Reddi. He examined the situation, checked the drainage, and discussed it with me, and concluded there was no plumbing problem. The problem, he said, was that someone (we won't mention any names) was using a significant amount of toilet paper, then flushing the toilet in the vicinity of the respective shower. That was it! The plumber (last name Allen, first name maybe Tom), refused to charge me anything because he "didn't do any work." This was the second excellent experience (out of two experiences) I have had with Reddi Services. I really appreciate their service.

Called to schedule at approximately 11:00 AM. They called back about 12:00 PM to say the technician was on the way. He arrived about 12:30 PM and the work was completed in less than hour. Overall good experience.

Showed the tech what was wrong when he got here. Our washroom is just off the kitchen on the 1st floor. My wife showed him the acess to the pipe in the basement. He then brought in a tiny little auger and tried opening the pipe from the washroom. After about 30-45 min he quit. He told me the pipe was rusted shut approx 13' down, which would have put it below the basement floor, and he couldn't open it. He said we would have to replace the pipe and he would have someone from his company call us to give us an estimate for replacing the pipe. (We found out the next day that the blockage was actually between the washroom and the basement access to the pipe) He charged me full price and left. We got the pipe opened the next day by another company in the same amount of time and for the same price these clowns charged us for not fixing it. My wife called Reddi Services that day to discuss a possible refund and reimbursing us for having to clean our washroom. We found almost the entire room, walls, cabinets and appliances covered with the black goo that comes out of the pipe. Part of it he tried to wipe up with a dry rag and ended up just smearing it all over. It's been a couple of days since my wife called and they haven't returned her call. I'm not expecting them to. They have plenty of other customers to fall back on.

I called my normal plumbing company (JCHS) because my sewer backed up. My plumber said he was unavailable today to make it out. However, he suggested I call Reddi Services. I called Reddi Services and spoke with the representative that said he would have someone out this afternoon. I asked for clarification and he said between noon and 3PM. I took the day off of work to wait for the plumber. Because it had snowed he stated I would need to clear a path for them to bring their machine in. I shoveled the snow and waited. At 3:45 I called the company back and they said dispatch would be contacting me. The woman who called me back said he never should have provided a time frame for when they would be available and that they would not be available until later this evening. I explained to her that had I know that in the morning I would have kept calling around. She apologized and stated as soon as a technician was available they would be heading my way but it would be atleast another hour. Sucker that I was a second time, I waited. I just received a second call from their dispatch stating they did not have a technician available to do the work today and would I like to be put on their calendar for tomorrow? I will never call this company again. For such a large company to be so unprofessional, I don't see how they are still in business. My husband is in the service business and I am a pretty easy to please customer; however, now I am without running water until I can find another company available.

He did a good job. I do not remember the cost..it was a groupon deal..It was difficult to schedule him, there were delays, but I think they might have been overloaded with business because of that. Very pleased with service and guy performing it

First contact and initial call went well, though costly for 1 hrs. work. Complications developed due to the work done and service/communication was very poor from that point. Did not send service when told they would, then sent service man without warning. Initial assessment of problem incorrect (said it was going to require cleaning a dry well - about a $3000 job). Further assessment determined a $129 fix would likely work. Due to multiple communication errors, service recovery/manager was involved. Offered me a $9 discount on the total bill ($400) as a good will gesture, then did not bother to call me back when he set the expectation that he would. Eventually I called company and told them not to contact me further. Very, very poor customer service. There were two gentleman who were competent and courteous throughout--John Sutter and Dave Meyer. My review is no reflection on them. Way too many phone calls and time spent for something that should be simple. No real attempt to recover service. Will contact another provider to complete any work and future work.

Not satisfied with Angie's List contractor.

i had them come out to run a camera and determine cause of blockage. after viewing they had to install a new end cap on my main line in basement (no outside access to main line). they gave me an estimate of $1800 to dig up my yard and fix main line. after the tech left i realized the new end cap was leaking in my basement. i fixed the leak myself, the tech had not fully tightened the new end cap... after talking with another representative and being assured the tech who left my line leaking would not be the same on the main line repair i decided to give them a go... a year later my main line is still clear and working fine.

I purchased this deal and then the provider came out and we found I did not need a replacement. It was a much more simple fix so I do not need this deal. The company was great and I am planning on using them again. Everyone at the company including the dispatcher are wonderful. Jim the technician was great and very honest.

Couldn't have gone faster and better and all for $99. Great job! Would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

We have been having trouble with toilets backing up and so I was going to have the sewer lines cleaned. After explaining the problem to the Reddi Services technician, he determined that I did not need to have my lines cleaned but should instead invest in a new toilet. He also noticed that one of the old galvanized steel pipes in the basement was corroded and should be replaced at some time. There was no charge to me and I appreciated his honesty regarding the sewer lines vs the actual toilet being the problem.

That went okay. We had several leaky faucets and one of them he had to come back to fix since it was still leaking. He was able to come back the next day. He did have to drive quite awhile to get to us so I appreciated that.

The work was completed over the course of 2 days. The drain works and we haven't had any root problems since the repair, and it was done for a reasonable price, so I would consider it a successful job.

It was perfect. He was very thoughtful in letting me know what it was that I actually needed to have done.

Cleaned my kitchen drain that had sat idle for over two years and the grease and gunk was hard as a rock. They got it nice and clean and it has been working great for months now. Their service was very good and affordable. I will use them again.

The service went as expected. The drain was cleared, and the technician cleaned up his work. The only downside: The service was purchased on an Angie's Deal, and the company didn't call within a couple of business days as promised. Actually, it took several calls to the company to get the service scheduled.

On March 24th I called Reddi Services about a backed up drain. A couple hours later a guy shows up, snakes the drain out to around 60-70 ft hits something, pulls it all the way out and finds nothing on the snake. He tries again and once again hits something and starts packing up to leave. I asked about using a camera to check it out and he said it would be a waste of money since he hit something at the same spot it must be where the line elbows to the city sewer. He writes that I refused the camera, no warranty on the original receipt, charges me $99 and then left. Fast forward to today, April 29th and the line is backed up again. I call and explain that I've been in this house since 1978 and have only needed the line snaked one time in all those years, so obviously there's a problem that should of been figured out on the first trip. The lady pulls up the original, see's the no warranty comment and say's it's not covered. I explained the ordeal and she agree's that it should've had a camera run through it and says that cleaning the line today would be a "recall" at no charge, but I would have to pay for the camera work. I said I was fine with that as that would basically put us back to where I was in March. The guy shows up and after I explain the problem he has no knowledge that's no charge recall, so of course he has to make a phone call and once he gets the green light he starts running the snake, and makes sure I know that the free part is only for the first hour and if it goes over I'll have to pay for that. As we're talking I tell him I notice how much slower he's going compared to the last guy and he says he's just making sure it's done right. I said I'm curious to see what the camera finds, and it's at that point he tells me he doesn't even have a camera on his truck. So at this point I question why he's even here as I wanted to run camera down the line as soon as it was cleared. He just continues working, explaining how he's got 3 kids, and blah. blah, blah. He get out to around 60-70 feet and hits the same thing the first guy did. He fights with it for a while and then pulls it back it, same as the first guy, expecting to see tree roots. Instead he see's some mud on the end, says I have a broken line and there's nothing more he can do. He packs up his machine, tells me since the other guy didn't do anything wrong that's not a "recall", loads his machine and then charges me $99 for today's work. Why didn't I know about the broken line the first time? Because the "pro", Robert, told me not to have a camera run down it, then lied on the paperwork about me refusing it. See, here's the thing, he drained the washing machine a couple times to see if the drain flowed, but all that did was wash off the snake so he couldn't see the mud on the end. The guy that was out today filled the drain line at the start of the job, so he would know when he found the blockage, but then never ran anymore water, even after clearing the blockage, so he was able to see the dirt on the end of it. So, now I've spent $200 to have my drain line cleared twice and I still have a problem. I don't know where because the dispatcher didn't send a guy with a camera out, even though I requested one. I should not of had to spend the $99 today, especially considering the guy called and found out it was free before starting. Needless to say, I'm disputing the charges on my credit card and will never recommend Reddi Services to any of my friends, family or the millions of people my job gives me access to everyday. . . I work in radio.

I purchased the sump pump deal, and they were here the next day. The worker was very friendly and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with how fast they were able to get my new pump installed. I wish I could remember the name of the person that installed it, but I am not good with names. Regardless, it was a great experience and I will do business with them again :)

The time it takes as a someone who works out of the home to deal with things of this nature is 'inconvenient' at best so I was excited to get that dang knob fixed while having to deal with the back up drain. Customer Service wise I think the best response would have been.."I can fix that for $75 or whatever". I had mentioned it had been like that for months so it was an opportunity lost for them. My husband took it apart the next weekend as I was adamant it was just a screw...only to discover it was a project! It's fixed now. I wouldn't say the service was bad, I would say it was unfortunate missed opportunity. I think the eagerness to work is what would prevent me from calling them back not the quality of work.

Reddi said they'd show up on a Thursday to do the work but then called to try and move the appointment up. I couldn't with work but could make the original appointment time - per working it out with my employer. They never called to reschedule once they missed the appointed time. Once I did finally get a hold of them, which was a challenge because I was out of town that weekend, my sewer line was completely backed up and I had a mess. They did make a Sunday afternoon service call and didn't charge me extra for weekend work since there had been a number of missed opportunities to get the work completed.
