I think their charges are very fair. I've used them on and off for 36 years when we have had a need for something.They came out when we were having some work done in the attic. Somebody mentioned that there was some wires that were not in a box like they should of been. I called Reddi Electric they came out, and checked it and determined they were not a dangerous situation but if I wanted too they would put them in a box. I would absolutely use them again.

 + -1 moreAll I know is they did the job, and I was able to do what I needed to do after that. They came out and did the job great. As far as their punctuality, blah, blah, blah, I wouldn't know, but they came out and did the job and I'm satisfied. Everything was better when they left.

 + 0 moreIt went very well. Tom Allen was a good representative of your company. He worked efficiently, was pleasant and helpful. He did an excellent job. He came on a Saturday afternoon.
Description of Work: Our kitchen sink stopped up. Tom Allen was at our house two hours later to fix the problem which unfortunately was a plug in the big sewer line in the garage. He did a great job of cleaning out the line - a big job - and now everything is working perfectly. He gave us a lot of good information which is helpful as we look to the next step of replacing our main sewer pipe.

Description of Work: Our furnace went out. Had to be replaced. I called several companys and Reddi Sevice was the only one that was able to help that same day.  + -1 moreIt went well. They showed up on time and were very polite. They finished the job in a timely manner - some digging was involved and they put the ground back where it needed to go. Monica in the office was great to work with and I was able to pay over the phone since I had no time to wait until they were done. All in all it was a very good experience and we are now on their reminder list when the time comes to have the tank pumped again.

 + -1 moreI found out what the issue was causing the blockage of my main sewer line. Too bad it isn't a quick repair!
Description of Work: Tyler Mullins was dispatched to take a camera down my main line from Reddi Services. Tyler was prompt at showing up at my home, very nice to speak with and answered all my questions completely. He showed me the screen on the camera and the large rock-like looking object blocking my line 72+ feet out. He took something to find the place in my yard, not only marking the spot but how deep the line was in the ground. I immediately called JoCo Wastewater who sent a crew to have the line "jetted" as Tyler suggested. The JoCo Wastewater company showed up promptly as well and did what Tyler had suggested. It is yet to be determined if the JoCo Wastewater can help me with my line but will bring a camera in on Monday to check the line as well. When everyone had left, I found I had another question for Tyler who immediately called me back and answered all my questions completely! Keep up the great work Tyler!!! You are a very great guy! Reddi Services should be happy to have you!! A+
