I have always had good experiences working with this company. I am currently trying to sell a house, and there have been many setbacks with a difficult inspector. We were going to have to push the closing date back yet again due to being informed at the last minute that closing could not take place without this plumbing repair being completed. I spoke with Gina Law (who is always my contact), explained the situation, and she was able to get a plumber out the same day and get the repair made. Not only did Gina save the day, but she is always so friendly and professional to talk to.

Regarding this location 603 Funston Rd, Kansas City, KS O NOT USE THIS SERVICE. On a holiday this company was called to open a main line. The tech they sent failed to do so and they charged $180 dollars telling me I paid for his time. I had to call another company to get the line open within hours of the Reddi Services failure. The next company was able to. I called the next day and spoke to the customer service manager. She explained the tech was fairly new and to send the invoice of the other company so it could be taken care of. When I did this, the response back from the company was that the plumbing supervisor read the notes from the other company and decided that since certain tools were used and certain recommendations were made that justified them not keeping their word to reimburse. I had already had 2 mediocre experiences with them and had not planned to use them again as people had to correct their work. Someone else called them out and trust me they realized what a mistake it was as well as he is in the plumbing profession but did not do rooter services. His assessment was more scathing and summarized it simply with "He did nothing." The horrible part is that someone else had the same exact experience within hours with the same tech as the plumber that had called them out received a call about who to use because Reddi Services had failed the caller. I don't know what happened to this organization. It used to be a slam dunk that they would do the work and be fair about it. Not any longer. BUYER BEWARE.

He listened to past history and snaked from appropriate clean out. Checked to make sure drain was clear. It was. Courtney Miller did a good job and was a personable man.

No problems. Paul went straight to the problem, did a great job. Would highly recommend him.

Chris did a fantastic job. He first used his regular auger and when that didn't do the job he brought in the "big guy" and tried that. When that didn't work, my husband and I were getting a little worried because this simple drain cleaning might be turning into something that was going to turn into a major expense. Chris went downstairs and worked until he discovered there was a clogged vent which meant in this case, he had to cut the pipe apart and flush out years of gunk and then repair the pipe. We are very pleased, we can now use our bathroom sink and the charges were far less than what we were expecting. Thank you Chris and Reddi Services.

Very well. Quick and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

It went great. We had a premium service contract with another company, who advised us they couldn’t get to us until sometime on the 17th. I called Reddi and they had some one at the house in 1.5 hours. This was quite remarkable as Reddi was not our regular provider, but we had used them for plumbing issues at my Mom’s house the previous year. Joel Bailey, our service person, was terrific. He diagnosed the problem promptly, and got the heat on promptly. He was able to get us heat for the night, even though we had an intermitent part that was failing. Joel picked up the part the next day, and installed it just as his shift was starting. Joel is quite the hero in our house. As a result of his great service, I have cancelled our service contract with the other provider that we had used for more than two decades, and bought a service contract from Reddi. Great customer service.

Joe Bailey was the technician. He was very professional and courteous. He had to go to the shop because he did not have it on his truck. Joe was back in less than 20 minuets. He was awesome. I would recommend Reddi Services to anyone needing services. They are my heroes. My family is all warm and fuzzy now. A little pricey but at this point I would have paid anything. Thanks Joe Bailey for your prompt service.

I called about a blocked sewer line. Plumber Jeff B came out that same day and never gave up until the job was done right. He explained everything as he did it and was knowledgeable and professional. He made great recommendations and even cleaned up after himself when he was done. Very competitive prices as well. Great customer service and would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Jim, the serviceman, inspected the septic system and advised I needed a replacement pump. I was given several options for replacement pumps. I chose a high quality replacement pump they did not stock. Jim got on the phone and found one that could be shipped overnight that met my requirements. Jim came back the following day with new pump and installed it. Jim was very courteous and did a professional installation. Very impressed with both Jim and Reddiservices. Great Service!

Mr. Miller of ReddiServices came exactly on time. I received a phone call from him before he came to be sure I was available. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. After removing the tree roots he cleaned up what little mess there was. I was very satisfied with his job and will use again.

Mike Fox arrived within an hour of calling for service and was very profeessional and We needed a sink unclogged and he took care of the problem. Reddi Services has always come thru for us, very dependable.

Prompt service, didn't do unnecessary work and great value.

Went great. I called them, they answered promptly and told me the next steps. They called me when they were about 20 minutes away. The worker was professional, easy to work with (we had to remove a door - which is not standard for this service) and did the work quickly. He explained the process and answered my questions. The drain is now open. I had used them 2 years ago, did hire them again and will hire them again.

Great! Took about 45 minutes to an hour.

Called told them my problem, she told me it would be about a couple hours and this was at 4pm I called. She told me that I would get a call from dispatch when on their way. two hours later at 6 I got a call told me that a man name Jay is on his way. Shortly after Jay arrived was very pleasant and respectful. I took him to the basement showed him the problem. He than told me exactly what needed to be done and what equipment he need to bring in, he went back to his truck got his equipment and 35 minutes later he was done.

It was a great experience. He was very fast and efficient. His name is Tyler Mullins.

the repaired the leak and unplugged drain. The drained pugged again and they ca,me vback the next day and rootered out the line. It has every since. The workman also gave me ideas how to keep it from happening again

Matthew Pickett was professional. I did a little sneaky test installed a new filter to see if they suggested I replace-happily he said it was in fine shape! Passed my test!

Service tech Justin Thompson did a very good job. He was personable and knowledgeable. I am very pleased.

This happened on a Friday morning at 10:00a.m. I called Reddi Services and explained the situation. I didn't expect to get a technician out to my house until late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Reddi Services called back and said that a technician could be there in an hour. Paul Olson arrived promptly and was even early which was fine with me. After using a toilet auger to no avail he went and got a larger auger and took it outside to the access point to the drain. It took a couple of tries but eventually he found and pulled out a mass of tree roots in the pipe running from the house. He had me flush the toilet multiple times and ran water in the bathtub while he observed a strong flow of water through the pipe. Before using the auger there was just a trickle of water. Paul answered all my questions and worked in the 95 degree heat without shade and without complaining. I will not hesitate to call Reddi Services and ask for Paul Olson the next time my drain plugs up.

David was helpful in giving me new ideas of how to update our laundry system. His professionalism and knowledge were key components to maximizing the update and efficiency of our laundry room.
