First of all, I called and the initial call was fantastic. The customer service was beyond. They couldn’t get out the same day, but that was fine. When Paul came the next day, he was awesome. He was professional, helpful, and honest. Apparently I cleared whatever the problem is (for the time being) and he didn’t try to sell unneeded services. He helped me remove the back stairs and had to get Into the unnerving crawl space. He did so with a positive attitude and great sense of humor. Although nothing needed to happen immediately, I will definitely hire this company in the future. Thank you!

I called in requesting a service call for my AC unit (which wasn't blowing cold air), and they were able to see me the same day. Justin Thomas came out, and did a thorough check of the unit. He explained the problem, and had the replacement parts in his truck. After a couple of hours, the repairs were complete. The AC unit works like new again.

Paul Olson from Reddi Services did an excellent job. Very professional, friendly and explained what actually had to be done. He also cleaned up after the job was completed. We were very pleased with the work he did.

I was in need of a circuit board installation for my furnace in order to get my air conditioning working. Mr. Bailey was punctual, professional and extremely helpful. After hours of troubleshooting he was able to get my A/C back up and running. I am so grateful, thank you!

Yesterday afternoon got warmer and warmer in my house when I finally looked at the thermostat. It was set at 72 but was already 77 in the house. After "trying" a couple of things myself, I called Reddi Services and Joel Bailey came over within a short time. I told Joel what I had tried and he went right to the basement and determined that it wasn't the A/C but the Blower Motor on the furnace. He had the part needed with him and had it replaced, the a/c checked and cleaned and I could feel the cool air before he even said "all done!" Thanks to Joel and Reddi Services for the fast and friendly service! House was cooling within the hour!!

They called me about 7:20am the same day. My house was cooling again by 11:30am that day. He replaced a Capacitor, Charged the system and replaced the filter. I also started their RPM Agreement. Joel Bailey did a great job!

Reddi Services responded very quickly to my call, which was placed after 10:30pm on Friday night. They sent out a technician, Courtney Miller, around 8:45am Saturday morning. Courtney listened to the history of how the problem developed, told me what he would do, and what it would likely cost, and he answered all of my questions. He had the drain open in around 30 minutes and cleaned up after himself.

5 hours from initial call time job completion, including a trip to get the pump. Could not have been happier.

Reddi has helped me out big time on two occasions now. Last year Rick Hobbs came through at a desperate time after my basement was damaged by flooding and the furnace was destroyed. And today Tom Allen came out to inspect a leak in my sewer line and when it turned out to be easily fixable, was honest and helpful and didn't unnecessarily charge me. I would easily use these guys anytime just for their honesty and integrity in the work, not to mention how fast they seem to get here when there's trouble.

Service call went very well. He called a company to verify that unit was still under warranty before beginning, and explained what the problem could be and what might or might not happen with the replacement of certain parts.

Joel the service tech. showed up right on time and I recognized him from a previous visit and service call. He proceeded to check out and test all systems and he did a real professional job. One thing I was really pleased about was the fact that he cleaned and washed the filtration system that is in my main unit. This step is not done on all service calls and I consider it very important to do a complete preventative maintenance check and service. Joel took the extra time to do this and that is why I am writing this review to make sure he gets credited for doing the job and doing it the right way. I will be present on future calls and make sure this is done.

Don Householder was very professional and prompt with his service. He gave us a bid before the work was done and had it done in no time. I would definitely use him again!

Great. Paul was a pleasant and very likable young man. He was quite inventive with the hair pulling problems he encountered. He cleaned up his mess.. I am very happy.

Joel Bailey came out and fixed my a/c. He was quick and courteous.

Never got a quote. Called for a quote a total of four times. Each time I had to give my name, address, and phone number. I realize it's the busy season, but never got a call back. Finally got someone to schedule a time for a new AC quote, but it wasn't from a call back...it was my fifth time calling. Then on the scheduled day they did not show up. They called the next morning but by then I had enough. I got four quotes from other companies before they even scheduled me

Everything went great, people on the phone were great, service man was few minutes early, polite and professional. Our new home was empty for 2 years, so wanted A/C serviced. Repairman explained we need a pound of freon.

Your tech Mike Hazelrigg showed up right on time. He was both very professional and friendly. Not only did he fix the problem I knew about, but identified that a cap on one of my pipes was missing, a fact I was totally unaware of as it was behind my dryer. I was very happy with the work he did, the amount of time he did it in, and his willingness to explain what he was doing. He was able to provide a replacement cap on the spot. A true hero!

It was GREAT! Paul Olson knew exactly what to do and got it done.

Everything went well Don did a great job rerouting my Plumbing for the new sink. I provided a faucet that he was not used to installing with motion detection he took the time to make sure it all works right even though it was a little tricky to figure out the sensor. Once you figured that out it all works great I appreciate his hard work.

Great! - Tom Allen was on time, very professional and personable. He explained the process and assure me afterwards that the line was still in good shape. His truck, tools and uniform were clean and he instilled confidence that "he had stopped the flood"!

Courtney Miller provided excellent service and did everything so quickly. I am extremely impressed by Reddi Services and their employees! I will definitely be using them again, in fact I already have my appointment set for next year! A huge thank you to Courtney for fixing my plumbing headache so quickly and at a great price.

Courtney Miller did a great job working at my mother's house. He was very patient with her and answered many questions, while working quickly to allow her to be able to use the bathroom. With her age (80), it was important to fix the problem quickly and help it avoid coming back. He was very professional and represented Reddi Services incredibly well.
