The Friday before Thanksgiving with guests coming on Tuesday and a craft show right after Thanksgiving to get ready for, our sewer backed up. We first called a national company, and got the run around. We finally called Reddi services, and they came when they said they would and Eric Scott had the sewer cleaned out in no time. We'll call this company first, if it happens again. Thanks for saving us.

Matthew Pickett and his team at Reddi Services were amazing!! We moved to Blue Springs, MO just this past summer and had heard through the grapevine he was "the guy to go to" if you have any heating/appliance/etc problems. Well come the first day it was cold out, we turned on our very old furnace, and of course it didn't work. So we called Matthew Pickett, he came over the very next day, explained what was wrong, why it was dangerous to not replace our furnace, was patient with explaining all our options/costs/etc. And then he and his team were able to come over THE VERY NEXT DAY to install our furnace so we didn't have to be cold for long as winter weather was FAST approaching. Matthew and his wife even offered us there own personal space heaters should we need them. Overall, Matthew and his team gave us great service, fast service, and for an amazing price. I would absolutely hired them again in a New York minute.

Very good service from Matthew Pickett and Cesar Padilla. Not the first time using REDDI SERVICES and I will use them again because I have always been happy with the service.

Went great. I was apprehensive when they would not give me an estimate over the phone but they did offer to have the technician come out for free to bid what needed to be done, He was very knowledgeable and told be about all the possibilities that the issue could be. Ended up that just the toilet needed to be reseated and new bolts needed to be put in to replace the ones that had worn out.

thank you Matthew Pickett and Cesar for thier help with my furnace. My basement flooded last month with all the rains last month and the water was over top of the furnace. I called Reddi to come out and look at it and unfortunately my furnace was beyond repair. Matthew not only got me set up with a new one he was able to modify my duct and raise my furnace a good distance off the floor (which i was told by multiple people that could not be done, which made me skeptical that it couldactually be done) not only did he make sure it happened, he was confident and knowledgeable in this. His install crew Greg and Diego knew what they were doing and performed the work just as Matthew said. No hesitations or complaints. I will not trust any other company but this one from here on out. amazing hard work and dedication

Joel Bailey, the technician, did a thorough check of our existing furnaces in the building and made acceptable recommendations on how we should proceed. He was professional and personable. We enjoyed working with him.

My service rep, Vince Miller, was on time and as before, professional in all aspects of his work. IF i need work in the future I HOPE TO SEE HIM AGAIN. HE CLEANED AND POLISHED THE INSIDE PORTION OF MY FURNACE. iN ADDITION HE CHECKED THE FLAME SENSOR, THE POWER SWITCH, AND CHANGED THE FILTERS.

Michael found the leak was caused by missing caulk around the faucet. He Thoroughly checked to make sure that was the only cause of the leak. Then he said since it didn’t require a plumbing repair there would be no charge. I would happily use them again.

Service was excellent. I was referred to them by a neighbor who has used Reddi Services for many years. I called early on a Sunday morning and got an answering machine, left my phone number and received a call back within 10 minutes. Very pleasant woman took my information and said she would call as soon as someone was available. In less than an hour she called back to let me know Courtney Miller was on his way and would arrive within 45 minutes. He actually arrived in 30. Courtney was very professional and pleasant, explained the process and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. He was careful with my carpet when coming and going and cleaned up very nicely before he left. He even stopped to pet the neighbor's dog who was desperately trying to get his attention. I will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of one of their services. I highly recommend them!

Hi, I had a great service tech named Simon (can’t recall last name) who came out about 4-6 weeks ago to clear out a clog in our main line. He was super nice and professional and did a great job! About 3-4 weeks back we had a gentleman come out again this time for some furnace maintenance and he was very helpful as well. His name was Joel Bailey. Overall, I recommend ReddiServices, since they have helped us out so much with our plumbing and other home maintenance needs!

Technician Micheal Allen did a great job, was friendly, listened, showed up when he said he would, and found a better price on the part than originally quoted.

Don H arrived on time, with all the tools required to do just about anything. Unfortunately upon looking at the problem, we discovered mold that might be dangerous. Don (rightly) recommended that we get that remediated prior to doing any work that might put us (or him) in any danger. He was able to get a remediation company on the line right away and they came the very next morning. Luckily, the mold was not widespread, Don stayed in contact with the other company and was able to get in to diagnose our issue... (bad joint in a water line that required cutting and welding (soldering?) a new T. He was in an d out quickly and professionally

Michael Allen was out Reddiservices hero. He showed up fast, on a Saturday, for our emergency call. My husband had tried to change out the faucet but was having trouble and couldn’t finish. Michael was professional and clean cut. He checked out the problem, explained to my husband a minor error he was making and fixed it in 5 minutes. Then Michael said he didn’t feel right about charging us for 5 minutes. My husband insisted he take $20. We are selling our house and while he was here he asked if there was anything else we needed, so we asked if he look at our bathtub facet that turns on the water. My son recently redid our bathroom but the faucet is not quite right. He gave my husband a tip. We plan on calling Michael for a plumbing inspection on our new place before signing the contract. Thanks Michael!!! Your a lifesaver!

Water heater pilot lite would not stay lite, Michael Allen kept working with it till it stayed lite ensuring all the air was out of the gas line. Men like Mickael are what made companies great. we will always call Reddi Services for our problems.

Service technician attempted to auger main sewer line with powerful, large auger which he had to transport down basement steps. He was able to clear line up to point where it left house but encountered snag and was unable to retrieve auger. He then televised line and showed me a large mass of tree roots that was blocking sewer line and where the auger was stuck. It took him quite a bit of time and difficulty to free auger. He then informed me that the concrete floor in the corner of the basement would have to be cut out around a clean-out since it was impossible to clear the snag with the auger. He also informed me his company could perform that service but not him since it required a plumber. He called in the request for an estimate in my presence but no one ever called to schedule the work. So I hired another plumber who dug out the floor and found the snag exactly where the technician said it was. Even when the clean-out was removed, the plumber had a difficult time clearing the roots and said that no auger could have cleared it. So I am very happy with the services of this company even though they failed to follow-up with an estimate for the additional work.

This is the 2nd time in a month we have had your service and it's been assume, this time with the bath tub the service mans name was Michael Allen, he was really good and you could tell me new what he was talking about, we had this fixed back in October and he said that who had fixed our problem didn't grease it the way they should of and it eventually broke down again because it would grind when the water was turned on and off, he cleaned it out and replace the part and greased what he needed to do and he said there was no charge since it was this company that fixed it in October and it was still under warranty, I was thrilled about that and I highly recommend this service who did a remarkable job and he was very polite, and was cautious about keeping my home clean since this was upstairs. I will ask for him in the furture.

I first called Roto Rooter this past Friday night because water/sewage had backed up in my house, I has used them several years ago and their ad said 24/7 service. They eventually came out to clean the line on Saturday afternoon. I had requested a camera at that time suspecting that the company that had installed the conduit that day had damaged the pipe. He did not bring the camera. Despite NUMEROUS phone calls to Roto Rooter since Friday night and being told that I would be called by the dispatcher, I am still waiting on that phone call on Tuesday morning. Thank goodness I had had enough of Roto Rooter's **** poor customer service by Monday evening and called ReddiServices!! I was quickly contacted by their dispatcher and a technician showed up first thing Tuesday morning as promised. I knew I was in good hands at that first phone call. The technician, Jay Denney, was great! Very professional and helpful. I was provided a thumb drive of the camera work for insurance purposes showing the cable going thru the pipe and repair work has already been scheduled. The entire experience with ReddiServices was EXCEPTIONAL and I will definitely be using them again (but hopefully not in the near future!). I highly recommend ReddiServices. Thank you for a job well done!!
