Description of Work: They listed that if we purchased their services through angies list we would recieve a discount. They were supposed to respond with in 2 days. After a week and a half of no response we cancled our order. We have no intrest in dealing with a company that cannot respond to their own ads

Description of Work: We arranged for a plumber from Reddi Services to come. By the time they arrived, we had fixed the problem ourselves. John Sutter nevertheless answered *many* repeated questions from my wife about whether we did it the right way, whether we used the right materials, why the things broke, whether things that we did not replace and that currently have no problem might nevertheless be broken and need to be replaced, etc. John patiently answered all her questions.

Description of Work: I had reddi (Dave Meyer) come out to camera our sewer main with the city to determine where the blockage is and it was extremely apparent that they take pride on appearance and professionalism.. After he did his inspection the city went and did one too to confirm the problem, and the sewer main was completely blocked.. My overall experience was outstanding!!! Thank you guys

Description of Work: I thought these people were great. In record heat, they had a new unit up and running in less than 4 hours. There was a man in the office, (probably the owner) who was a butt-head, but everything else was great These are the people to call.
