We had a great experience with Platinum painting. We have 3 little kids and I was anxious to have a big project going while trying to live in the house - they were very respectful of our family and our time. We painted all our old oak wainscoting, walls, trim, doors and it looks amazing!

Extremely professional, easy to work with, meticulous. Would highly recommend to anyone who expects a high level of craftsmanship. We’ve also used them for whole house interior painting...excellent!

Platinum Painting Inc. is an absolutely awesome painting company. The owner evaluates your house to make a good decision on paint type and required repair. He takes into consideration the siding, the age, the condition, and how the homeowner wants their house to look. His staff are each adult, each a professional painter with years of experience in painting and preparation. In addition, they are very courteous to the homeowner and neighbors. I can recommend Platinum Painting Inc. with no hesitation. My home “pops” when you drive down the street.

Charlie, the owner, was prompt every time he said he would be by and his crew was awesome!! We were so comfortable with his crew being at our house and we were even out of town for part of the time and we felt very comfortable having them there while we were gone. After the job was done, Charlie fixed every thing we wanted touched up, not that there was much and it wasn't major, and he didn't want to be paid until we were perfectly happy and we were! We would highly recommend them!

We got together on the price and the colors. Within four days the entire job was complete and completed to my satisfaction. I cannot ask for more than that. These are really great people to work with. They even replaced one board in the side rail that I did not know needed replacing.

The Platinum team were courteous, prompt and professional. The job was done as they said it would be. Cleanup was phenomenal. They will be my first call for future projects.

The result was a perfect match, indistinguishable from the rest of the room. The workmen did an excellent job of confining the drywall dust and mess, and cleaning up on completion. All was done in a professional manner for the agreed upon estimate. Platinum Painting has my recommendation.

Went very well. Project was done in about a week despite many interruptions by rain. Quality of work was very good. They did everything they promised at the price they quoted. Very happy with the work.

Platinum crew arrived on scheduled date. Prepared gymnasium, by protecting and covering necessary fixtures, making necessary repairs to flaking walls, secured ceiling tiles as necessary, painted ceiling tiles and walls. Demonstrated great flexibility in making minor repairs, patience in choosing paint colors, wonderful customer service, and great to work with!

We called Charlie for a bid on painting the exterior of our house and he was prompt to arrive and bid the job. The price was competitive, paint quality excellent, and we decided to move forward. Charlie and his guys pressure washed the whole house, resealed all nail holes and any other cracks, replaced rotted trim boards, and applied two coats of paint. The workers were on time, worked hard, were friendly and courteous, and we honestly barely knew they were there. The house now looks beautiful and we are completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Would happily recommend Platinum Painting.

From the very first day I could see that the Platinum Painters were a well organized and experienced group of professionals. Their attention to prepping our home was so detailed. The results are reflected in the finished product. My wife and I both were so impressed with the courteous and friendly nature of all the crew. You knew they wanted us to be satisfied with their performance. They left each day with everything picked up, equipment, trash, etc. just like you would want it. They completed the job earlier than expected. My wife and I did a final walk around and both agreed it looked spectacular. we did not find any areas of concern that would have them to return. Based on their job performance on the house, I have contracted Platinum to restore my large deck to a finish that will compliment the work they did on our residence. It was our pleasure having Charlie and the Platinum crew around for a few days. If you are considering a company to perform to the highest standard, you need to seriously talk to Charlie Gates. Excellent service, on time and within budget. The team was professional, neat and very tidy. The quality of work was excellent.

I contracted Platinum Painting for the necessary prep work and painting of the exterior of my home. I was provided with the various steps that would be taken ( power wash, caulk, mask and tape, and the application of two coats of paint) in addition to the bid price shortly after requesting a bid. The power wash was completed on a Thursday, and the total job was completed by the following Tuesday. The crew and on-sight Supervisor did an excellent job and were courteous and professional during the entire process. They cleaned up all of their supplies and returned the outside areas to their previous status. The communication between the Supervisor and myself was excellent and no questions were left unanswered or left open. I would definitely recommend Platinum Painting to friends and family and would use them again when the occasion arises.

The paint team was very professional and helped with several projects beside the painting. They were meticulous and very helpful and respectful of my two small children, one which was very much interested in what they were doing. They were quick and courteous. Charlie (the owner) stopped in several times both during and once the work was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They were very considerate also with our furniture and decor and helped as I said even on projects which weren't involving painting.

Charles Gates, Owner and crew finished all of above work with exceptional service. Additional problem of wall of north facing large windows needed wood rot repair not even in project. End result going into winter with house in best condition in years. Owner came back and checked finished project. Good work.
