I would give the entire experience an A+ grade. I called Jacob on a Friday afternoon after learning that my system was no longer operating. Due to calling so late I anticipated hearing that they could get to it next week, but instead I spoke directly to Jacob and he was able to stop by after hours to take a look. After reviewing the situation he determined the root cause, had the motor on hand and had it replaced in no time. I can not express how great the customer service experience was. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Patriot will definitely be my first call going forward.

Jacob did a great job and was very straightforward in his advice. He replaced our heating and AC units at a reasonable price and gave us good feedback in dealing with moisture issues in our basement. He installed a UV light on our heating system in order to deal with some mold issues we were having and he came back and tested our air quality for free a couple weeks after the install to make sure it was working. Overall he was easy to deal with and I was impressed with how he went out of his way to be helpful. I'll definitely use this company in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

He arrived on time. Very professional. This company was our second choice (we had 4 companies bid on the job). I have nothing but positive things to say about our interactions with the owner. We will definitely consider them in the future to work on our home.

Although we have not yet had services performed, we feel confident we finally contacted the right vendor who quoted a reasonable price for the items we need to make our home more efficient. After a very frustrating, pressure-sales experience with Bob Hamilton Plumbing and Heating where we were given three estimates on similar items listed above (less the water heaters, PRV and water softener) at double the price that Patriot Heating and A/C quoted, we decided that we would shop around to find an honest broker. We're brand new to Angie's List, which is where we found Patriot Plumbing and Heating. We contacted this company the same evening we joined Angie's List and we were called the next morning! Jacob, the owner, visited our house two days later. He was on time, covered his shoes before he entered the house, and didn't offer a high pressure sales pitch. Jacob was reasonable, explained his products in detail and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. Of notable mention, Jacob didn't mind that I wasn't present during his visit-my husband met him. We've spoken to several heating and A/C companies on the phone recently who refuse to come to give us a quote unless we are both present. It's nice to know that Jacob understands that my husband and I are a team and adult enough to share information with each other in order to make sound decisions on one another's behalf. Jake came for a quote on Friday and returned the following Thursday to begin the install. He completed the job in a day and a half, cleaned up after the job and communicated his progress very well. He was very affordable, and we are very pleased with the job and the equipment he installed. We are confident in the work that he did and we highly recommend him.

Because the quoted price for furnace and air conditioner was very reasonable we could afford additional features that we would not have ordinarily considered. Mr. Jacob Kenefake submitted a quote on Thursday Jan 22. After researching online the Rheem models he had suggested, which had great reviews, I called Mr. Kenefake that afternoon. The next morning (Friday) Mr. Kenfake arrived in the morning with equipment and supplies to begin the install. The entire unit was installed that day. It was important that the install be completed ASAP since we have an elderly parent living with us and the furnace was not operating. Even though there was an urgent situation to have the furnace installed, I felt the Patriot Heating and Air Conditioning did not try to take advantage of the situation to charge higher fees or cost. While installing the units Mr. Kenefake made good suggestions on our future room addition. We will definitely want to get a bid from Patriot Heating and A/C on that project. All in all we were very pleased with the professional work, the units recommended and warm and responsive character of the owmer, Mr.Kenekake. Definitely will consider doing future work with Jake Kenefake. l

He checked the air coming out and adjusted the dampers. Further he indicated that additional insulation may be needed but really recommended getting a solar attic vent installed. This sounded like the next best option (I had already done some research and determined myself that this might be necessary). I asked him for a quote and it was close to $1500. Based on research I had done on recommended models that I could purchase without any contractor rate this seemed like a very hefty quote. I then checked with other contractors that I had worked with in the past and they confirmed based on their quotes that this could easily be done for under $1000. Although they were very educational, punctual and professional, and I felt the price for the service rendered was reasonable, based on the quote for future services I would be hesitant to do business again.

I have used Patriot in the past and has a good experience, so when it came time for a furnace check I decided to used patriot again. I purchased the deal, made the appointment and had the service completed all in the span of 2 days. The owner himself came out to my house, and did a great job. He is also a great guy to work with. No upsell here. If you need something they will tell you, but they don't try to push parts or services you do not need. This is a small business eager to earn your business. Try them out - I don't think you can go wrong!

Jake gave us the estimate and did the install. He was a consummate professional throughout. We visited with four suppliers. Jake gave us the best information and was quite competitive in cost. Hard to go wrong with someone who is a master mechanic, master plumber, and a master electrician. His knowledge shows as he patiently explains the best approach. He arrived early for the install. Jake took great care to protect our household. Since new furnaces are shorter in size and we were keeping the AC, he had to build a shelf for the AC to sit on. The craftsmanship he provided in the shelf, connecting duct work and silicone (replacing the predecessors tape) was superb. Jake made sure everything was fully cleaned up before leaving. Jake clearly puts service as paramount. He walks the talk. We're switching our servicing from another major company to Patriot. The one year spring/fall checkup he bundles in helps. Also helps that his annual charge (furnace and AC) is close to what the other company charges for just furnace checkup.

Jake left his sticker on my furnace the last time he came out to fix my furnace (A+ work, as well!) . I noticed it said 'Plumbing' on it as additional services, and because I was so pleased with my last experience with Patriot, I called him up to fix my mess (I had tried to take apart my shower valve to stop a drip, but hard water made it too much for me to handle). No problem, he said. After ordering replacement valves and doing his best to accommodate schedules to get us up and running again, I was very pleased with his professionalism. Here's a strong seal of approval: I used to take off work to come home to greet the serviceman before they finish working because in the past we've had shysters try to intimidate my stay-at-home wife; however, I honestly have never had a serviceman come into my home that was more honest and trustworthy than Jake. I believe his business has a strong future that will be built on his consistent credentials....Great job!

They were on time,neat & came by the next day to check the furnace for me.They had installed a new air condioner for me this summer & when the piping in the attic froze caused a leak on the ceiling.I called them again.They replaced the piping & found the furnace was improperly installed.I am so thankful for their hard work & dedication.

Jacob is a real professional. Our furnace went out during very cold weather and he was very prompt to come out for an evaluation and estimate. Jacob gave us several options in a very professional fact based manner; no hard sell, just good information. We selected a high effeciency unit that rated high in Consumer Reports. Overall price was very competitive (we had other quotes). Installation went very well, on time and Jacob left things neat and clean. System is new but so far we are very pleased. I have no hesitation recommending Jacob and Patriot. He is a young businessman who understands well what good service and competitive pricing can do. It is a pleasure to do business with people like him.

The turn up went pretty much as expected, except he recommended repairs which were not necessary and would have been extremely costly - a deal killer. Back to my old company!

Jacob looked over my furnace, replaced the filter on my humidifier and installed a UV light to take care of the mold on the inside of my furnace.

a/c was on the fritz in May and needed an expensive repair and although it was only as old as the house, 13 years, had been told before by another company a year or two before that I was reaching the end of the life of this particular heat pump unit. Jake from Patriot had confirmed that to be true. Long story short, received two bids and ultimately went with Jake and his company Patriot to replace the heat pump I had with a regular AC unit along with new high efficiency furnace and home HEPA air cleaner. Jake and his brother who had come out for the bid were punctual, very polite and professional. They were able to come THAT DAY of my problem and install literally within 2-3 days of first visit and another company was going to be at least a week and a half just to come check it out and bid. In fact, somehow he was at my house within an hour or two after our phone call for that first visit, so I was impressed. Jake has been out to my home at least 4-5 times now including bid/diagnosis, install, recall from manufacturer, regular fall maintenance and each time he has the above characteristics. Most importantly, he clearly values his customers AFTER the work has been done even. Twice, after install, I had a problem and he was out (again) THAT DAY which has always impressed me how he works that out having his own business and all. By the way, it was associated with the recall I mentioned. Everything works great, I love knowing not only that I have quality and new and nice looking equipment (vs. rotted builder grade) but knowing if I do have a problem, Jake will take care of me. 10 year PARTS and LABOR warranty with bi-annual regularly scheduled maintenance. Very pleased. Oh, and I had sprung on him somewhat last minute a WiFi thermostat I had purchased and he put that in for free and that thing, btw, is extremely convenient. Keep up the great work Patriot!

Mr Kenefake arrived on time. He kept me updated on his progress and why he was doing what he did. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If I need any other work done he will be my first choice.

Bought the big deal $40 service call but could not work out a time with Patriot to match both of our schedules and dropped the appointment.

Patriot Heating and Cooling has always provided me with excellent service at a great price. They are professional, on time, and willing to go the extra mil to make sure that you are satisfied with their services and products.

We need to replace old furnace at the rental property. Called the company and spoke to Jacob. He contacted the tenant and e mail us with the written estimate within 3 hrs. We are impressed with getting the detailed bid for the scope of the work to be performed.

It went great. I have used Patriot Heating and Cooling for 3 years now. They have also recently replaced my furnace and A/C unit. They were competitively priced, on time, clean and neat with clean up. If only all service contractors where like this. I have recommended them to others and they have felt the same way.

This is who you should call FIRST if you need any service for AC or furnace. Jacob came out on a Sunday morning quickly after we called when our AC wasn't working. He explained all the work he would do and pricing up front and in detail. He is very honest, hardworking and friendly. Extremely reasonable pricing. We are in our 40's and this is our fourth home and this is the best AC/Furnace company we have ever used.

They stopped the leak & discovered my furnace has no drainage pan under it ,duct work is sloppy(which I knew),gas piping from furnace is flexible.Thisce type is dangerous if accidentally stepped on.I have decided to replace furnace.

I emailed details of the work I wanted done and received an estimate within hours. I responded with additional questions and received an updated estimate the next morning from the owner of the company. I agreed on the price and the owner of the company then scheduled a time with my tenant to look at the house. He arrived on time, did the site survey, and quickly sent a final quote. I signed the quote and he scheduled a time with the tenant to complete the work. The owner called me the next day to inform me the model he intended to use was backordered but could use a different brand with more options for the same price. I agreed and he installed the system personally. The tenants are very pleased with the system as well as the professionalism of Patriot Heating and AC.
