The work performed by Jake was fantastic. Jake couldn't be more professional and honest. Technology changes by the minute in HVAC and Plumbing and Jake stays educated on the latest and greatest for our homes. He will only install the brands that he would install in his own home, which says a lot to me. He has options to fit your budget and is completely honest about the pros and cons of each. Patriot has become my new go to company for all of my HVAC and plumbing work and service.

We had a little bit of a disagreement about a repair that came up. He did a good job up to that point. I would probably not use them again, there are a lot of other options.

We called Patriot at 8:30pm on a Thursday night because our A/C wasn't working (it had been in the upper 90's that day). Someone was at our house just after 9. He found that the motor was burnt out. He replaced it within 45 minutes and gave us $100 off if we would get on twice-a-year maintenance plan for our furnace and A/C to avoid such issues from occurring again. We did so gladly. They were very courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.

We reached out to 4 vendors (including the vendor that handled our semi-annual tune-ups) and selected Patriot for a few reasons: 1) We were impressed by Jake's knowledge, credentials and passion about his work and products. He spent the most time of all vendors reviewing our setup and needs and going over the options. 2) He didn't try to sell us services/items we didn't really need for our use case. 3) The cost was the most competitive (partly because he didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need) 4) Jake was very engaged with us through our decision making process and after we made our decision. He remains engaged with us after the install as well. 5) We were happy to support a Veteran owned business. The install itself was pretty painless from our perspective. Jake and his technician arrived at 7:45am on the day of install. We were out of the house for most of the day, but by 5pm we were able to come home to a mostly cooled off house with our new, fully functioning equipment. The job site was cleaned up and the old equipment hauled off. The follow-up was excellent as well. Jake has kept in touch, answering system questions we've had. We are also working with Jake to replace our old gas water heaters with a new hybrid system. Bottom line, without hesitation, we would recommend Jake and Patriot Heating and AC. Top notch service at a fair price!

We have been with the company. They do excellent work and we are going to stay with them. A for everything. I would use them again, I have used them. They come twice a year to expect our A/C and heater. They did installation the first time and then they come out twice a year for maintenance.

I like them. We want to do work with them, and they come out. A for everything.

Amazing experience with Jake (the owner) and Mike (master technician) with an entirely new HVAC system installed today. Jake is extremely knowledgeable, happy to answer and explain the process fully and completely without "high pressure" sales techniques. We had several bids done and his prices are extremely fair for the american made products he installs. He has a true passion for his profession and is running a highly ethical business. He takes great pride in his work and we are extremely happy that we choose Patriot heating and AC to do our install.

Jake came out to do a quote for a new hvac system and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the product and the price. Jake and Mike did a great job with replacing our units and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Patriot because of the price, product, professionalism, and promptness.

I thought they had done a pretty good job. But it was re disappointing when another plumber who was doing some other work noticed a gas leak. His work was very fast when he did the job. He hadn't tightened up the plumbing he did then. I would use their services again.

They did an excellent job! They were extremely good, good service, very courteous workmen and answered all of our questions. They were great! We had them back to check the furnace in the Winter. They had to replace some component in the air conditioning compressor outside and they found one that was extremely reasonable in price. My husband called with additional questions, they gave him answers and explained everything completely. They were really great! They called before they came and came when they said they would, and to me that makes a big difference! They explained absolutly everything.

I've used him on several occasions. I have a service contract. He's done a lot of work for me. He's wonderful. He's reasonable and very personable. I recommended him to family members and friends so he is wonderful. It was excellent or I wouldn't have had him back. I've had other plumbers and he was half the price and very very good. He actually came back and redid the faucet in my sink and redid the wires underneath. He was better than the one before. He had to come by and kind of fix what another plumber had done. He was great. As I said, I am still under service contract and I have some more work I want him to do with an old sink in my basement but I'll wait till after the first of the year. I have had a couple of emergency problems and he came out within the hour.

They were prompt. The tech was good. The work was good but the price was higher then I thought it should be.

They were wonderful. I am very happy with them. He was not pushy with anything. He explained the options to me and let me make my choices. Their price was reasonable too.I would recommend them to any body. I also would absolutely use them again.

.It went wonderfully. They were fair. They were really wonderful, personable, incentive. Everything you would want to have. I could emphasize the integrity and amiability or they were very personable.

They're outstanding. I compared their prices and they are very comparable. They're quick to respond. They explain everything right up front. They give you two pricing options. They are very much U.S. focused on materials and costs. But they will put in other parts if you choose. Without any question, I'd give them an "A." They're just fantastic people. I only don't use them anymore because I moved. However, if I still lived in their area, I would.

I think they are expensive. There are always these extra add-on that they end up charging you for. They are responsive, they call you right back. I would tell someone to get quotes from other people because they are expensive.
