+ -1 moreThe crews showed up on time everyday, were very professional and extremely hard working (carrying giant cinder blocks up and down the stairs all day is no joke). Tyler, Julia, Caesar, Rueben, Chase and everyone else who’s name I can’t remember we’re absolutely amazing. I had several companies bid this job out and am extremely happy I decided to go with Pankey.
Description of Work: My foundation needed to be almost completely removed and rebuilt as well as reinforced with 11 steel beams. It was a relatively large job to begin with and to make matters worse I wanted to keep a deck that was attached to the back of the house. Tyler and his crew removed the walls from the inside and carried each piece up the stairs to a trailer. Rebuilt several walls and installed the reinforcements as well as a sump pump system and egress window.

+ -1 moreMy problem is with the basement wall. My basement which is block was coming in and needed straightened. The corner was leaking very bad during last 2013 snow melting. Tyler Pankey was finally reached after numerous attempts and tried to say it due to missing gutters and heavy snow melt. After myself looking further I noticed a hole in the block wall that I could actually reach through. There is a serious void under the garage slab floor allowing water to come through. This void should have been properly filled! I called Tyler and he sent I believe 3 members out to patch. Their remedy was just packing motar. It still leaks badly during snow melts and rains. I have called and called leaving contacts messages and he will not return calls. I have pictures and if anyone needs to call me or see you're welcomed. wk 816 997-7883 or 816 519-6781
